Don’t forget, there are TWO major factors we deal with in EQ.

1) smooth muscle
2) BC strength

If you are only strengthening your BC, but your smooth muscle is unable to relax properly due to excessive PE, it won’t help much at all. If you allow proper recovery of your smooth muscle, AND you strengthen your BC with these, you will have the best EQ of your life!

If your hand doesn’t bob up and down at 12 o’clock, then slowly lower it until it does! These aren’t hit and miss, everyone can do these. If you can contract your BC, you can do these.

Ok i did my first session for the week.

Heres what im starting at:
Base Girth -5.5”
Mid Girth - 5.7”
Top Girth - 5.2”

I only managed to do 60 of these, should i keep at 60 or try and push for more?

I’ll report new stats in a week from now.

Yes, I have read the TGC theory and am doing girth exercises under great pressure.

What do you mean by lowering my hand until it does? Does this have to deal with LOT?

Everyone one has tugback…just find where you have it and do your kegels from that level, 12 oclock is nice but not necessary.

BigBear - 60 is plenty for a beginner. As you are youngish, and presumably have a rock hard base already, you might not get a huge gain. For someone older, it could be quite a surprise. :)

Sparkyx - I presume that the position where you get maximum “fist bobbing” is the best position for kegel stretches. However, this is a guess. For me it is 12 O’clock.

Are you supposed to get any effect from the stretch that you can observe besides the bobbing? Based on your first post, it would seem as if your glans would swell with blood, but this did not happen. My penis merely bobs and that is all.

Also, my penis will tug back all by itself, without me doing a kegel. Why is that, and does it happen to anyone else? I ask because I believe this could have to deal with my premature ejaculation. Perhaps there is a correlation between my premature ejaculation and my penis tugging back without me kegeling.

I tried some of those upright kegels today, shit works real well I can feel it now after doing them alot more then standard ones.

No, we are not looking for any effects during the exercise other than the bobbing. the retraction you see without even kegeling, has been covered before by sparkyx IIRC on his in the last month or two on his EQ or PI threads. Basically, I would put it down to a natural reflex. However, if the reflex is strong, it may be due to tension. Tension (according to my theory) is the #1 cause of pe in most men.

So you may find the reflex is less if you try to get really relaxed before the exercise, and about life in general.

Help me out here sparkyx….
