I’m about to embark on a girth journey currently BPEL 7.5_EG 4.75. I have been PEing for 3 months but not consistently. I’m Looking to get up to 5.5 asap. I got a pump and ordered some cialis to help. Here’s an idea I have in mind.
Warmup 5 min stretching 15 min Uli 15 min ssj Edging 10-20 to get 100% for the pump Pump 5-10 Massage and jelq Pump 5-10 Massage and jelq Warm down

I don’t think anyone can tell you “how long” it will take to achieve a certain goal. Some people gain easy, some don’t - or we’d all be following the same routine.

Very intense routine — make sure it’s not too rigorous and you over-train. Take it easy on the pump too (2-5 Hg).

Once you start clamping, I think you will get .25 inches quickly . . then will have to work hard past that.
*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
