My penis has me confused - Next move?

I have never been consistent with a PE routine, the longest I have lasted in a PE routine consistently was about 7 months ago, when I followed the newbie routine. I found out I was jelqing too hard, and increasing my jelqing time to 30 minutes over 6 weeks like the newbie routine says killed my dick. i was so over-trained, I couldn’t get an erection.

I laid off from everything until recently. I started back with 10 minutes of jelqing ( Looking for girth mostly), to find that I was over-training again, but this time with a much softer grip! I then made the mistake of trying to have a short clamping session. I clamped for 5 minutes and for a week after my girth had shrunk, my flaccid became thin and contracted and tight ( felt cord-like). I decided to take another week break.

That was 2 weeks ago, To this day my flaccid still feels smaller and contracted, my girth feels to have shrunken. I started back this week with 25-30 jelqs, on a 2 on 1 off routine. My erection quality increased for a bit. That is until I masturbated.

I came to realize my penis is very sensitive to masturbation, in the sense that, if I masturbate my erection quality suffers greatly even if i do it once in awhile. i realize while PEing I need to refrain from masturbation at all costs for good.

After masturbating 3 days ago and yesterday, My erections are horrible, I am desensitized as well as my penis is. I have very low energy, my flaccid hang has decreased again, and my orgasms were weak.

I don’t know what to do or where to turn. It seems like PE just wont work.

Don’t touch it for a few weeks and have you female friend give you oral therapy.

I’d suggest 4 weeks of oral therapy, do not orgasm. I know it sounds crazy..

When you do come back, use ADS device and/or pump. Do not progress too rapidly.

Do not overly handle the glans with your hands, as you see loss of sensitivity is a possible side effect.

I’ve never heard the term “oral therapy” before; I must remember that.

I overtrained doing two handed squeezes once.

It was pretty painful.

And yeah my dick lost girth for about a week!

You have been given some hints above. But you really must treat your dick with some respect.

You mention that you injured yourself by overstraining. Then go and do exactly the same thing when you start again.

Sorry to be blunt but you have to use common sense as well as your hands.

All you can do is to lay off PE until you have recovered. Then just follow the Newbie Routine And nothing advanced until you have made some gains. They will come in time but not the way you are treating your dick

Im not suffering from an injury right now, rather my penis is just contracted and feeling less than probably due to erection quality (Masturbation did this to me, I easily over-train or something when I masturbate at any time).

I have been trying to get this right for a year and a half, and I have had no success whatsoever!

Wow I wish I had a female friend to give me daily oral therapy.

If you have low energy maybe it has to do with your health or diet more than just masturbating and overtraining in PE like your T level.

I think you are pushing it and yourself.

When I was young I went through periods where I would jack-off compulsively. Do it enough and you’ll be tired.

It’s sounds like you are beating yourself to near death with PE and porn (or at least near-obsessive masturbation), I’d bet a lot of money your T count is just fine when you’re not wearing yourself out trying to create a super-cock in 30 days or less - so to speak.

I would also recommend you consider using a heating pad at a low to moderate temperature every night for about 20 minutes right before you go to bed. You should also do Kegels daily. Like 50 a day.

But do not masturbate or PE until you see signs of returning to normalcy: good morning wood, and a healthier looking johnson overall. Give your self time to get back to your old self.

You want to get blood to the area (so you can heal) without re-traumatizing into a continued state of recoil.

Passive approaches: heat and Kegels, and NO PE..

This will also help you develop the discipline of self-restraint once you recover fully.

Warm baths wouldn’t be a bad thing either, not showers - baths. When I scare my self like you did, a couple of baths usually

Gets things lose and hanging again. Baths also help you to relax better.
