I have a 8” BPFSL, which is not huge, however the penimaster won’t even elongate enough for me to get a full pull, and this is after I already added the 2 extension add on’s, and have unscrewed the whole contraption a small amount for additional length. Anyone else have a problem with this?
They are rather expensive, but you are going to have to buy another extension.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Sometimes you can make them using threaded computer stand offs or called something like that and then put a small piece of all threaded rod into it with a nut to tighten it down. It doesn’t look as well as the ones you buy but it does work the same.

Wasn’t bragging, it sucks. It’s uncomfortable the base doesn’t fit around my girth anyway.

I would imagine it doesn’t fit well. I’m only 5.25-5.5 (haven’t measured in awhile) and my base ring gets stuck on me occasionally, especially on the dismount. It truly must be a great thing though, when your biggest complaint is “dammit, I’m just to big for my PE gear”!
