My New PE Routine!

I would like to share with you my new PE routine,
It has been adjusted to be as less time consuming and resources-spending as possible.
It contains:
A simple Pump.
AutoXleeve (I only use the yellow sleeve these days).

For the past month I have been wearing the AutoXleeve 24/7, it’s been comfortable and I got use to it fairly quickly (quick tip - SHAVE! I actually got wounds from the hairs torn off).
In the last couple of days I have been adding Pumping to the experience (no more than 20-25 minutes of pumping while watching an episode of my favorite show, so in my mind I’m not wasting time… it’s mostly documentary shows so I’m getting some brainfood)..

I’m masturbating every day after I pump (I usually go to the shower and do it there)

All in all, this is pretty much my routine, I do just a little bit of stretching whenever I go to the bathroom (not sure if it’s even counted)..

That’s my almost 0 hour PE routine… I haven’t got much gain lately, of course I have that nice PUMP starter gain that everyone gets from the first couple of times but I don’t count that yet…
I’m considering taking this routine for something like 8-9 months, taking accurate measures tomorrow and keeping you posted every month or so…
If this works, it could be a solution for some busy people, I know it would be a solution for myself :)

In my experience with pumping this is a decent routine but not optimal. If you’re willing to try this out for the time frame you mention then it would be an interesting experiment.

I’m interested in your routine. I’ve been thinking about pumping for a longtime and if you garner some gains it would spur me on even further.

You should add some jelqing and try not to masturbate after every PE session. It’s good to train your dick that every time its touched doesn’t lead to cumming. Pumping gives you a swelled dick which is a great visual thing but I do think other forms of PE will give you better results.

Yeah I might try to do some jelqing in the shower, but it would be for like 5-10 mins… not sure if it would have any effect… I’m not gonna stop masturbating, I look forward for it too much while I’m doing the workout :P

Anyways I’m having some weird purple spot on the base of my penis… I’m pretty sure it’s not from the pumping though you never know… the post is in this link

Isn’t using a pump and an ADS a bit contradictive to “as less resource spending as possible”? :P

Though I’d love to get my hands on AutoXleeve. :(

Pumping is not contradictive that much, first off, I’m trying to put minimal hours because I don’t have the time, not because I’m lazy or anything… and I CAN spend like 20-30 minutes a day on pumping, ADS and ANS takes virtually no time from me…
If you have better suggestions on how to spend the 20-30 minutes a day in a better way than pumping you’re welcome to suggest, would you say that jelqing would be more effective instead of pumping in the same time frame?

(sorry guys, adding exercises is out of the question, is any, it’s replacing the pumping)

Small update:
due to too large of a cylinder, decided to do some 30 mins jelq+stretches (mostly jelq) instead, plus I need less equipment with it so it takes less time to prepare…

And, I think it might be healthier for my penis anyways.

I found jelqing in before and in between pumping sessions is an excellent combination.
