My LOT Need Tons Of Help!!!!

Hey guys i need alot of fucking help… I’ve been peing on and off for over a year now, made almost no gains, and i really need to do somthing different.. I usually just do reg stretching and jelqing and ulis, when i do work out.. But i havent been doing anything latley.. I cant make gains, but i know i’m very healthy, i work out everyday, and eat very healthy everyday.. I’m 19 years old, and weigh around 170 pounds.. I was considering on buying a bib hanger cause thats the only thing i havent tried using.. My LOT is at around 7:00 almost straight down but not quite… I dont know what that means if somthing could explain what i need to do to start making gains and start doing shit right i would be very happy… I have pateince but right now i stopped because its been pissing me off that i havent made a noticible gain in a long time… Any supplements i should buy or take that can help me let me know… I really need some help!!! Thanks!!! =P

A LOT of 7 means you will have to think about stretching your tunica, as opposed to stretching your ligaments.

Once you’ve stretched your tunica quite a bit and made gains, you should find (according to theory) that your LOT has changed for the better, in which case you can think about stretching your ligaments.

So how to do you focus on tunica? Well if you’re hanging, try hanging straight out (as opposed to downwards).

UhOh, maybe it would be a good idea to try and do some tunica stretching techniques, as opposed to ligament stretching!

Do hang in there with PE, though, just don’t give up on it yet. You still have a lot of learning and techniques that you could try (I’m sure) and coax gains out of your penis!

Also, try to be consistent with your schedule and routines. Having a chopped up schedule where you are not applying enough stress in order to cause cellular breakdowns and the resulting repairing processes that follow might be a contributing factor. But, whatever your schedule, whether 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, whatever, just be consistent with it. And also do make sure that you are applying enough stresses too, as opposed to going through the motions.

Perhaps you need to think about altering your routine, like with new techniques maybe! The penis can get used to doing the same exercises over and over until the exercises eventually lose their benefits, maybe not totally, but it wouldn’t be the same, unless you were to slightly vary the exercise a little bit.

Now, I’m not saying that to be the case here. Just something to think about, instead!

Can you guys tell me which are the best stretches i should do, for my situation, and what new excersizes i should try.. And also how long should my work-outs last…

Have you tried V stretches, A stretches (probably one of the best manual exercises for tunica stretching), or DLD blasters?
Also, if you have the resources, fulcrum hanging hits the tunica very well from what I hear (and looking at the physics behind it, I am sure it is effective).

As far as the duration of your workout, you should determine that yourself. Whatever you have been doing thus far, make it more than that for sure.

After you find a routine you decide to stick with for a while…IE consistency….work on the whole negative attitude toward PE thing. A negative, pessimistic…”this hasnt worked in the past why would it now…..” mindset wont do anything for your gains either
