My history and a few questions
I just looked at my joining Thunders and I can’t believe it was 8 years ago. Wow! The first few years, I just dabbled in PE, mainly because I had no privacy. Wasn’t sure if this stuff really worked. I would say I didn’t start really seriously experimenting with PE until about 2004 (best I can remember) . I started clamping off and on and slowly started seeing growth. I was only 4 3/4 in girth at the time, and could not really get good expansion with a regular PE clamp. So, I started using a hose clamp (for a radiator hose) and really noticed the difference. I did this for several years, and eventually added two at the base. It took a few years, but I eventually got up to solid 5 1/2 girth that I have maintained. But, my girth gains seemed to hit a wall, so I thought I would work on length some. I decided to purchase Andropenis, used it 3 1/2 months (7-9 hours a day), but it became very uncomfortable and with the adding rods, it was difficult to conceal. I did gain 1/2 an inch by using Andropenis. So, after researching, I decided to start hanging. I had tried it briefly about 3 years ago but gave up. This time, I made a serious commitment. I did so for 6 months. The first four months, I gained 3/4 of an inch. Last two months, zero gains. I got up to 21.5 lbs! It too was become time consuming, 6-8 sets a day (twenty min. sets). I would have continued, but because of a recent Prostate enlargement problem, I am concerned my hanging BTC may have aggravated my condition, so I am changing plans again. I am 53 years old, probably one of the older guys doing PE. My new plan is to try stretching and jelqing which I have never done seriously. I have a few questions for experienced PE guys:
1. Has anyone done just jelqing (no other PE exercise with it) and experienced length gains. How often and how many jelqs a day? From what I have read, it mainly gives girth. I am going to begin clamping again, hoping my six month lay off will rejuvenate my ability to gain girth.
2. Has anyone done just stretching and gained significant length gains? If so, how must time involved, sets etc…
When I begin this journey, I was 7” x 4 3/4 girth BPEL. I am now 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 BPEL. My goal is 9”x 6.5 BPEL. I will be happy with 8 3/4 x 6 1/4 BPEL. I think with consistency, it is realistic.
