That sounds like a good routine. How long do you hold each one. I go 20-30 seconds each bend, and I can only bend near head and near base. I guess I’m not long enough for three places along the shaft. The whole workout takes about 15 minutes for me, then 15 minutes of jelks to finish.

I only hold each one for about 10 seconds. How many actual bends do you do in those 15 minutes? My routine also takes about that long, but I pause alot when I get too hard to let my erection level go down.

Maybe I should try holding each one for 20 seconds and only going through the routine once?

I’m going to try measuring througout my routine to see when my maximum girth level comes.

Mick your not saying that your doing all that in one rep are you? Because you should be clamped off at the base. I imagine that with the base entirely clamped off you should go for only a few minutes per rep. Besides my base clamp hand starts to give after a few minutes.

Let me know how much you guys are doing per rep. I myself go for maybe 2 minutes per rep.
And I do:
A downward bend hold for 10 sec
A downward bend turn right then left approx 10 sec each
I add a finger then repeat until I’ve added all four fingers
I sprinkle in back bends which really feels like it’s working the base nicely.

Takes about 2 minutes per rep. Then I kegel hard and work on getting blood flow and the exact erection for round two.

Erection level and expansion is everything in this exercise. I feel newbies don’t fully understand these principles. At least I know I didn’t as a newbie. I think it took me a few months before I got a decent understanding of expansion.

Newbies try this:

To feel a mild expansion grab about a 30% erection at the base and squeeze hard. If you have the erection level right you should see little tiny dimples appear on your head. This is the blood being forced forward with pressure. This is a mild expansion not enough to make your unit grow. It takes bending to increase the pressure all along the shaft to break down the tissue.

Hey deadeye.

By a rep I’m assuming you mean the time from when you clamp the base till when you let go. If that’s what you mean, then I do one rep per bend pretty much. I would clamp at the base, bend down, hold for 10-15 seconds, then let go of everything. Do you think this is a bad idea?

Also, do you think my routine is too intense? How many bends exactly do you do for your routine?

I wouldn’t say to intense, I do allot more reps per set than you do. I work the entire shaft per set. It takes a minute or two for me per set.

I hesitate to say because I’m a notorious over do’er. But I am seeing good growth with this exercise. I do about 5 to 8 sets of the described reps above. Takes about 45 minutes. The time in between is filled with either kegel squeezes or what I call kegel pumps. And all that is is a vacuum pump insertion at low pressure with constant kegels 50 per set.

I missused the term reps above and now im trying to correct my mistake. A rep is a single movement IE one bend and hold for X amount of time. A set is a group of reps per movement.

I did this excersise last night 50 up, down, left and right. I had quarter inch increase in semi erect state this morning similar to what I get after pumping. (5.75 inch girth).

I am going to do this as a pre pumping excersise. Hopefully the pump will hold the newly expanded tunica from the mr orange bends.

I am forcing the bend from the base upto the head and back, while about 40% erect. So slightly different to what is descibed above.


Feb 2003: 7" BPEL x 5" EG. June 2006: 9" BPEL x 6.5" EG

(6" base girth)

I do what bombaizine describes - clamp off and place one hand on the head, then roll the bend up and down the penis like a sadsak slinky. This was, the whole shaft gets worked. I do downwards bends/rolls, then upwards bends/rolls and that’s one rep (lasts about 1-2 minutes). I probably do 10-15 reps before moving to fully erect work and it really prepares me nicely. After workout pump is maintained for a full 24 hours (or until my next PE session).

What I like about this is that everyone is finding their own way of doing it that suits them. The general principle of low erection bending is a sound one as far as I’m concerned, so keep on at it! :)

Yea I tried the rolling technique today and found it to be quite satisfying but I still like to hold the expansion in certain areas. Im going to measure my girth in a month and see if there is any difference from 5”. My girlfriend and I have recently started using Magnums which I find to fit very well. I have only been doing the exercises for 3 sessions but my girlfriend said my penis felt huge, so i must be doing something right!

It’s also a good pre sex prep. It gets you nice and plump and doesn’t take away sensitivity.

Deadeye, how much have you gained with this exercise so far?

I’ve only been doing this exercise for about a month. And I think I’ve only recently got good at it. And I don’t measure. In that month’s time I went from not being able to fill a toilet paper roll to touching the sides. This is after 36 hours of rest from the exercise, morning wood.

PE takes up enough time, I’m just not willing to use up more time measuring. I can tell it’s getting bigger, and this is from only a month. I think I’m going to start measuring however. Use my current and take a measurements once every other month. I was focused on a goal size. And thought that I’d measure when I thought I was getting close.

Besides I get very different sizes depending on where I measure. My base is the biggest so I like to (in my mind) think thats how big I am. From top to the bottom it gets increasingly bigger. I think thats referred to as torpedo dick?

This is one of the reasons why I’m still not seriously trying this excersise. I need length first, everyone here says “first length, then girth”. This excersise seems to work more for girth then for length. Does it seem to you that you’ve gained length as well?

I’m not trying for length. I would think this is more for girth. MrO claims very big length and girth gains. I haven’t seen any length gains as of yet.
