If there was ever an exercise that could use a functioning video, I think it’s this one!
After all the comments on this and other threads I thought I’d give it a whirl. I currently practice dry jelqs only and so added this to the start of my routine. Feels pretty good and that it could be a keeper. I think guys you simply have to get your dick in your hands and try to work it out. On my second session I feel like I’m getting it.
For what it’s worth: I simply form a grip as if I’m jelqing at the bottom of my shaft when I have a light erection, I kegel a couple of times and then supposing it’s my right hand at the base use my left hand to bend the old boy towards and over my right knuckle / hand. The chap fills with blood and looks a little thicker like a kinked garden hose. I gently stretch in that direction for a count of 20 whilst kegeling. I then bend him downwards aiming for the same kink and counting to 20 again. Then I let go kegel some more, push some blood in with a couple of dry jelks. Then swap hands. Afterwards I repeat the same process but this time with my bottom of shaft grip having two fingers keeping the old chap plumped up. Repeat both sides. Then three fingers grip etc.
Seems to work. As someone wrote earlier it’s just bending your dick. Get at it but be careful to not do it with too much of an erection. It’s your cock so take care of it.
I also got the hang of it and it’s worked wonders this last week. I pretty much have the same approach Merlin just described above. It really is just finding a low erection level that feels right and simply bending. By low, I mean just enough that your unit is not completely flexible and can build a slight resistance when you bend. It should still be low enough though that there is almost no discomfort at all when you bend outside of a slight resistance where you trap the blood in. You should immediately see some expansion right above where you are bending.
I bend my dick over my thumb while using my fingers at the base to lightly trap the blood while I kegel blood in. Once you pinpoint, the “feeling” it’s simply bending. At first I was having trouble because I was too scared to build up any sort of erection for fear of injury. But like most pe routines, it’s hard to build up the correct blood flow and resistance without at least a low level erection. Once you find that happy safe medium, it’s simply bending. Complicating it is what did me in.
I find that at lower erection levels I can jelq and bend my unit back over on it’s self, putting greater stress on the tunica.
I read somewhere here that you have to be careful with the dorsal nerves but I haven’t had any problem with that and I use enough force that the head turns really dark red toward the end of the session.
Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Is anybody willing to do a video tutorial of this exercise? I have trouble picturing it.
I did these for the first time this morning and the expansion was pretty crazy! You can feel your cock stretching from the inside! Few questions when others do these did you receive any red spots?
I experienced quite I few, should I cut back the intensity due to these spots?
Also are the O bends better to do before or after a jelqing session?
I’m using the method described in the op as well.
First of all, I only do it in the shower. So it’s warm.
- 5-10 minutes of using a warm towel piece and keeping it under the warm water so the towel stays warm - Stretching: I stretch it to the left right, upwards and downwards for 30 seconds each. Then loosen it up a little, wait a few minutes, then I do it again, but this time the stretches are a minute long. - Jelqing. I use vaseline. My dick has just an extra bit of blood in it, it’s nowhere near hard. I jelq it gently curving the head towards my shaft (not all the way obviously but you get the point). I do this in two 5 minute sets. I guess it’s about 30-40 jelqs per set? -Then I stay under the shower for a bit longer and wash myself.
I’ve done it on saturday, tuesday and wednesday, and I’m going to do it again on saturday or sunday.
I haven’t jerked off in about a week. I’m really horny and my dick is hard a lot haha, but I don’t really stroke it or anything.
I have noticed it got a tiny bit bigger in terms of girth which is what I’m going for. It was 11.7cm at the base (which is the thinnest part) and now it’s about 11.9/12cm.
I’m going to keep this up with a maximum of 3-4 times a week with the exercise.
My length is 18cm. It’d be great if it got longer, but I want the girth first and foremost.
Just tried Orange Bends.
I found a print out of this post when it was only 10 pages long, now 27. I had it stored with my pump, that gets little use.
So I decided to give them a try after re reading the print out.
Stretching the base is harder but I think I have it worked out. So after about 10 mins. Of predominately stretching the top half of the penis I recorded about a 1/4 inch gain in girth. Will it last? I don’t know, however it seems to me that the stretching should add both girth and length as it should stretch the ligaments as part of the bending. If however a slower process than the girth.
