Obends take a lot of practice. It seemed to me that after a week I’d gotten the hang of it, but after a month I realized I was just getting the hang of it.

1) When you bend, your dick will swell up like a balloon in whatever free area/volume it has. THat includes just over your base grip and your top grip, even if the bend normally is inbetween.

2) Start practicing where you feel little pressure, and slowly increase your erection state until you start feeling more pressure when you bend.

Yeah, I tried this one today, and I’m not sure if I fully get it…

I did feel a swelling, and pressure building up, but i had to “Grind” a bit to make the part of my cock that was bendt fatter and engored.

Also, how long are you supposed to hold it? And for how many sets. This really seems like an excersize that you could either be doing great or failing completely without knowing.

My penis felt a little “plump” afterwards, but it went away as soon as i was completely flaccid again. Is that normal?

How much force should I use? It seems that you can use light force or you can really grind it out. I found that a medium level was good. I measured my width and it was 1/2” greater while in the bend than what it is during it’s erection state.

It took me nearly a month to get the technique down. Start at low pressure until you feel secure in what you are doing.

Should I sorta worm or slinky the bend up and down the penis or do I just bend here, bend there, keep bending around the penis?

Did you find any gains from doing these?

Yeah, I gained, maybe a 1/8-1/4 inch or so. And then I stopped to work on length, haven’t been very conscientious last few years.

Bend and hold the bend, is my experience.

Cool, thanks for the advice. One more question though. Did you have any set days or did you just do it whenever?

No set days, I just tried to do them as often as possible. But then again, don’t overtrain.
