Wow I can’t believe I have been coming to this forum off and on for a few years now and I have never paid attention to this post. Been looking for something to help me with my girth gains, I hope this helps. It seems effective but not as risky as clamping or pumping. I can’t wait to give it a try.

I have unofficially been doing penis bends for a quite some time, and not with my hands either. I first began wearing briefs when I got my first girlfriend because I wanted to keep my erections discreet. I continued to wear them because I liked the resistance they gave when I tried to get an erection. Everytime I would get an erection, my penis would have to conform to the shape of the briefs. It would be forced down and curved, like you see in the underwear models. I began watching porn with briefs just so I could feel my erection trying to break through the underwear. It would get so hard that it would only get forced down by naturally bending at the base. I noticed that when I took my briefs off, my dick was so engorged. I continued to just wear briefs and get erections for a year. I can’t rule out natural growth, but my penis grew a quarter (1/4”) inch in two months. My dick hadn’t grown since I was 18, and all of the sudden the briefs were bending my dick down and making it engorged and I had a bigger penis(!).

In summary, my penis was bending at the base everytime I got an erection in my briefs, because it was being forced downward by the underwear. I noticed my natural girth was much bigger, and I could just tell when I grabbed my dick. My fingers could no longer fully wrap around it.

This is very similar, in theory, to the manual excersize which has been promoted, in that the bend was making my penis larger.

Thats very interesting. Every once in awhile I’ll put a on a pair of boxer-briefs and afterwards my penis looks much fuller and has a bit more hang. But I associate that with warmth, as my penis is warmed by my body. But perhaps you’re on to something.

I was wondering how to hit the base better with these. Usually when I bend straight down I can tell the base isn’t expanding nearly as much as it should, especially compared to the pump the rest of the shaft gets. I never tried bending upwards, not sure why. I’ll try it in a few hours though. I told myself I was cutting these out of my routine for a month. So what did I do? i did them last night, and lowered my jelq time, and this morning I had great morning wood again. So I guess I need the balance of orange bends and NOT doing 200 jelq strokes. I have noticed this makes me hang fuller and thicker as well, and if it’s newbie safe, I’m keep working on it.

So if this routine is so “great” why don’t more people do it?

I’ve been doing it for a month along with pushing from the head down to make a ball in the center, I forgot the name of it. I also stopped jelqing. Took a measurement today, looks like I gained almost .75 inches in girth. Visually, the girth has definitely improved.

what’s your problem? People don’t necessarily tell everything they do or don’t do here.

Besides, most guys seem to concentrate on length first and girth second. Seeing that you’ve been here a relatively short time, I suggest you learn the ropes of jelqing well, before you go onwards to more advanced stuff. Obends are a bit tricky for most people, and more “mechanical” approaches, such as clamping, are easily preferred for that reason.

MrOrange and others say you should be about 10% erect for these. The erection level is key, because you want to allow maximum expansion without injury. Maximum expansion happens at the lower erection level when your skin is more elastic and able to swell laterally. When I did them I would do a few kegels to get a little extra blood in my penis, then do a tight OK grip at the base to hold it in. The ball refers to where the point of expansion is, because it makes the shaft swell into a large ball-ish shape.

Do you get a nice hang after doing this exercise? Do you get a good pump from it? I play with it but do not think I am doing it right.

I would say to newbies, be careful with these. I read the early posts where Orange said he thought it was safe. I added these to my newbie workout, doing them after stretching for only 2 minutes. After a week I noticed a drop in my EQ and morning wood. I think you need at least a month of conditioning because even though it’s a flaccid exercise, it still puts a strain on your penis. Maybe start using them only once or twice a week and see how your body reacts. I can’t wait to get back into them.

Jazz, TheContinental explained it perfectly. I hold it for about 10 seconds at a time and do about 10 of them. You want to be erect enough for it to swell into the ball shape but not so erect you can’t compress your penis, 10% seems to be the range. 2 days on, one or 2 days off is what I do with those.
