Not that I know- basically once an hour or so* remove the ADS and work your flaccid to move the blood around.

You 9.0” BPFSL guys probably have 8.5” BPEL. If you don’t now, you will later.

Another good one, is erection strength is not as good when you “are fat”. If your fatpad is 1.0” or greater, your “fat”.

Lean guys can have a fat pad of as low as .250” - where many have a .500” fat pad.

So by reducing bodyfat alone, you can expose hidden length, have a better flaccid, and have a stronger and slightly bigger erection.

Another thing is when you are leaner, your flaccid hang will be more pronounced.

My feeling is when you have 8.0” of useable dick - your BIG.

When you have 9.0” or greater of useable dick - your BIG and bigger than you need to be for most intensive purposes.

This turned out to be a good thread. I feel encouraged. I have not seen a bpel increase in a couple of months, but it sounds like it coming!

Mark I take all of my measurements sitting down, so there are many guys who are actually longer than me but have the same measurements.
I am mainly interested in gains, and this is just the way I have found convenient for me to measure.

I have never tried a BP measurement as you suggest, but I suspect mine would be less measured that way, maybe even down to 8.5.

Most important is that you are consistent in terms of how you measure— the ruler and tape measure are simply indications of response to PE stimuli

Sitting/ standing/ lying down- those are only relevant when comparing measurements in order to control for variables

sorry for my bad explanation. I would simply know how long is your flaccid size WITHOUT stretching.

In my case I am 9+” BPFSL too. But only 4” flaccid without stretching. For having a comparison now I measure my flaccid in standing position at 9 o’ clock and from the top not the side.

I agree with you, BPSFL is one of the most important parameter.

I’m really still new to this. I don’t know if it applies but a Manuel Stretch is more forceful and makes for more growth. While the ADS is a more constant pull. My thinking is if I stretch first and ADS after the pulled tissue has to expand further during the recovery time. I’m sure that there is a more detailed expression for this. I also hope it’s useful and stirs no doubts. Best of Luck!
