My dick is getting bigger

Little update, my dick is getting pretty fat. I have been really putting in some intense sessions. This is my new and improved routine, and it is based on no rest days. I actually have a take it easy day were I just do some uli’s without a warm up for maintenance. Lately, I have been putting about two hours into my sessions, but that includes warm ups, and every little thing in between. First, I warm up with the heat pad for ten minutes and proceed with thirty minutes of O bends, followed by ten minutes of twisted jelqs. Then I do another ten minute warm up. I usually do two 15 to 20 minute sets with five minute warm ups in between. After I am done clamping I then go upstairs in my bathroom and do uli’s in front of the mirror for another 30 minutes usually.
I have gained at least 2/8ths of girth theses past two weeks and it is all solid. I just did a session and my dick was 5.7EG while I did a uli. I mentioned this in another thread, but to let everyone know again,
I have a piece of flexible measuring tape that is cut to my original EG size that I rap around my dick while I do my uli’s at the end of a long session for additional motivation. I like to see the difference in the tape, because it is still hard to except that my dick is getting so thick. My only problem now is at this rate my dick is going to look pretty stubby, but at that point I will start supplementing some hanging into my routine.

I don’t do the session I described above everyday though. Tomorrow for instance, I will do a ten minute warm up and skip right to clamping. I will do two 15 minute sets. Then the next day I will do the big session again, and then the next day I will just do some uli’s to keep it plump; and the next day I will do the big session again and so on. Also, I have been trying to not ejaculate as much as possible, and I think it has been helping me gain. It takes a lot of will power to restrain though after watching porn for an hour, but I am a sick fuck and I make shit happen.

Before this new and improved routine, all I did was chase gains because I took to many rest days, and did thirty minute sessions. It wasn’t for nothing though, because my dick can handle a lot of pressure these days. I think when your penis can withstand a lot of pressure, the more productive you can be to gain. IMHO, for people like me who have chased gains only to drive themselves crazy, there is a solution. Rest is overrated, once your penis is conditioned, and once your dick can handle the pressure, you need to step it up like I am doing and success will come.

Wow… I’m in like the exact same position you are, including the same history. I tired different crap forever, including short sessions, and while none of it did anything (other than orange bends which gave me my first girth), I guess I did build up a good resistance to intense stuff. Now I’m doing very intense clamping, problem is though I think I’ve plateaued and I can’t even really go more intense. I’m also doing about one or two hours sessions of clamping. Thing is when I finish a session, the skin on my cock is really swollen and I don’t know why, but this seems to stop me from going any further. Clamping becomes a bit painful, and I don’t want to go as intense as earlier in the session… then can’t gain anymore cause it’s not intense enough.

Maybe I’ll try uli’s during the session. How much do you feel those have helped you? I figured that pumping was basically my only solution (during clamping sessions) and am just waiting for my pump to get here in the mail.

Congrats on your gains Mr. T. For the past three weeks I have basically had the same mindset when it comes to my routines except I am focusing on length rather than girth. I know I am now able to withstand a more intense PE workout and the difference visually from a much heavier routine is pretty outstanding so far. For the time being, I am on a 5 on 2 off routine, but I am may change it when my current schedule improves. The only thing is that I wouldn’t go so far as to say that rest days are overrated, but there are definitely some people (me included) that are hard gainers and can possibly see more progress when the rest days are reduced. In the end, I guess it just all depends on how you react to it. It is a great feeling to know that gains are being made after being stalled for such a long time.

The uli’s are great, but keep in mind I don’t have a clamp on when I do them. You may be able to, because you seem to have a pretty fearless tough cock. I plan on increasing levels of intensity once I reach plateaus just like you did, but I hope I don’t reach my first plateau any time soon. I recommend after your intense clamping sessions to just go in front of your favorite mirror, do some uli’s, and enjoy the showcase of a nice thick unit that you have built.

I still rest in my own way, but on my rest days which is like 4 on 1 off, I just do some light uli’s to maintain a nice plump penis. I am going to hammer length soon. I actually started doing a lot of fowfers again.
I want to target the ligs more then anything. I do like the A and V bends as well because they are girth friendly.

PS It is a great feeling to finally gain and discover what works. It hasn’t completely set in yet, but I think my confidence level is starting to improve as well.

I think the expansion is relatively similar, but what I discovered is after I do my clamping sets my dick is in a expanded state already. So when you do uli’s after clamping it expands it even more. Way more actually. For instance, pre-clamp I am about 5.45 EG now, around my second big set I am 5.6 EG whilst clamped and post clamp about 5.55 EG without the clamp on. Then I go upstairs in the bathroom and start doing uli’s in front of my bathroom mirror, admiring and imagining how big my dick is going to get.

At this point I am edging and doing uli’s simultaneously and am at the bring of ejaculating. I am elated as well brother because we are finally making this work. I am in school as well but I commute, so I still stay at home. If I were you I would hide in a closet if I had to. Hmm… alright thanks a lot Mr. T. I’ll try to get a lot of them in during my clamping session tonight. I’m sure a lot of people would advise against going so intense, but I’m going to do them as intensely as possible. Hopefully this will help get me past my plateau.

Tried that… don’t think it’s for me. One, I already do like two hours, and I can’t really afford to go longer than that… two hours is a pretty significant amount of time as it is. Two, with less intensity it’s much harder to keep an erection the whole time cause the clamp doesn’t do all the work for you, so you gotta make a huge effort to keep the erection level up, which I find difficult.

Any suggestions, or just not for me you think?

I have been at this seriously and consistently since Feb 08. I have been chasing a 1-2/16s of an inch girth gain since mid september of 08. Gained a little length, but not much and will focus on that once I get some more girth. I realize that I am approaching this backwards, but I really want a thicker unit more than anything because my length isn’t that short; but is isn’t that long either. I would be happy with a solid extra inch but who wouldn’t.

Despite that, I have been chasing gains, I also have developed a pretty fierce dick. It seems I need to roll a steam roller over my dick to get some red spotting these days. So the point is there are no short cuts because I don’t think a newbie could handle my routine. Another thing is, despite being more aggressive I am way more careful. I never have gotten an injury and I don’t plan to.
