Here it is:

Warming up

10 manual stretches to strech the pesnis a little bit

fixing my hanger so that it doesnt slide but not TOO tight

hanging for 3*20 mins with 3 mins break in between each round (4 pounds)

after that jelqing for 5 mins to get tissues soft, a middle- hard stroke

This TWICE A DAY , 5 times per week.

Do u think its ok?
Any critical pionts what i should do better?

You might want to rest for ten minutes between sets. Make sure you restore full circulation before the next set. Also, do you feel the work at four pounds? You will go up over time. But first, learn to use the hanger correctly.

I feel the weigth but i will soon go up.
I have a weak penis so i wont overdo it.

HE is a little bit over 2,5” long (flaccid) and not hick so i cant start with 10 pounds……

I will look for a good re-circulations between the 20 mins.

What do you mean with this?

The open gap is on upper shaft side, the screws on the downside are nearly closed, the hanger is not VERY tight, the theraband covers all my shaft skin from the hanger.
The theraband begins 2 cm behind the head and the hanger 1 cm behind the theraband.

And things i have to regard, too?

What do you mean with this? <

Experiment. Do not use one setting or one attachment point or one wrapping technique. Try different things to see what you like best. Also, I meant the problem with tightening too much.

You mean the bottom adjustments are nearly closed? You may want to wrap a little thicker to take advantage of the toe-in, toe-out settings. You may like that better.

Try this, start the wrap 3 cm behind the head, and put the hanger on the edge of the front wrap, 0 cm “behind the Theraband”. You may like it better.
