Hi guys..I have been a reader of this forum for some time and stop by once in awhile to catch up..I have tried pills, jelqs and Penimaster..of all that I have tried the Penimaster has shown the bets result..I have over 1000 hours with it..but I don’t think I have the one inch that some claim. I have maybe 1/2 inch difference in the 2 years of PEing..but I am going to continue with the program and see what happens…All I know is that I have more veins, length and girth sometimes..not always..depends on conditions. weather for example..when it is hot I have better blood circulation and hence bigger erections..I am thinking of getting a pump and using all in combo. Wish I had more results and sometimes get frustrated..but I just get right back at it..it seems that when I do take a few days off..I notice the shrinkage and I wonder if I stopped completely if all the gains would go away..sure hope not..But one thing for sure is the hair on the penis grows lots..lol..didn’t have that problem before..not sure if it from increased blood flow or just stimulation of the skin from jelqing..I am now 6.25 x 6 I was 5.75 x 5.75

It can be demoralizing sometimes to work so hard for so long and not get the gains that some people get in mere weeks. Yet one must come to terms with himself, this is just how your body is made, maybe you are doing the wrong exercises but most likely is that you’re just a hard gainer. I would definitely give pumping a try though and definitely don’t give up. Obviously it works and makes a difference, it’s your personal decision if it’s worth it or not. I personally believe it is and when you reach your goal every hour will have been worth it. Good luck.

Gains are gains, be positive.

It seems to me you never had a consistant routine. Once you found a routine that you gained from, you should stick to it. If you werent gaining, you should increase reps/time/intensity or add ina few more exercises.

Maybe you were using the Penimaster incorrectly? (wrong purpose) People grow at different rates.

Also the “shrinkage” sounds like you may have been overdoing the intensity

Or decrease reps-time-intensity… Sometimes, some people need more recovery to gain. I saw one thing in my PE experience, and that is at the start, I was PEing only 3 times a week, or 4 max, and have the best gain I had. After 4 months, I decided to do it every days and my gains slow down a lot. Maybe that was because of newbie gains at first, but I think it is more a recovery issue. So I recently drop PE work days and it feel better. It starts feeling like an obsession anyway, which I consider bad.
