My clamping plan/goal

I have been PEing for 9 weeks, so in three weeks I will begin clamping. I am hoping to gain 1/2 an inch in EG in three months, maybe in two months. Is this possible?

I still plan to do other girth exercises as well. Horse 440s, squeezes, and just jelqing at a 75% erection. I have been doing fowfers for length; I think it is working.

I need to start stretching soon, but I have been consumed with my girth work. I think I may be afraid that stretching might hinder my girth gains; what do you guys think, you can gain well stretching and doing girth exercises? Anyways, what is the average girth gains after clamping for 3 months, 6 months, and a year.

Depends on the person. Pesonally I’d advise that you stay on the basics for a little longer because clamping can be very intense and the injuries sustained from overtraining can be far worse than any jelq or stretching injuries.
Please just take it easy..

In reply to your latter question. I saw gains of about 0.5” in about 2 months but everyone is different and I wasn’t able to cement those gains when I stopped for a while due to the regular stresses of life. Some take a year to see these kind of gains. It’s hard to say. But if done correctly, clamping can yeild gains relatively quickly.
