5 long months have gone by of doing little PE, lost 3/8” of girth and 1/4” in length. But numbness hasn’t come back, sensation is about 90% better. I don’t stretch and won’t for a while, I’m afraid of putting too much pressure on the head, I’m a hard gainer with length. I went to a Urologist, very cool guy, he made a joke “you thought your dick was going to fall off”, lol. Apperently he comes across this all the time, guy’s penis is numb for a week because they were too rough with it. But I did find out after alot of blood tests that I have low testosterone, which sucks because I’m only 25, but this explains why I’ve been more and more tired lately, weaker erections, and less sensitivity.
My Urologist told me when my T levels come back up my erections will be strong again and the sensitivity will be great. He wants to put me on Androgel, I went to the pharmacy, they wanted $183.00 for 1 month supply! LOL. My insurance won’t cover it, so he’s going to talk to them. I just don’t want to rely on this stuff for the rest of my life. But! I have come across threads of guys putting Androgel on their penis and getting great gains and amazing wood. So I’m going to do this. And also…
I quit eating fast food, even though I look healthy I didn’t feel healthy. For the last week no fast food, 7-8 glasses of water, oatmeal in the morning (before I didn’t eat breakfast for years), take 2 NO2 at 11:00am, exercize, Subway sandwiches for lunch (LOL), healthier dinners including salad. I’m already feeling great and have more energy and upity. Way better flaccid hang 24hrs a day, easier doing kegels and faster erections. I can’t wait to bring up my testosterone levels, I’m trying to do it naturally.
Besides above this is what I have been doing for 2 weeks now;
Just added this week my ROP which I had put away, I never really gave it a chance, I wear it at night and while I sleep, I smear lemon juice on the sides of my balls and it brings the ROP up to 1.6v from .8v.
I added the DashRap the last 3 days, OMG, never got any kind of expansion like this in my life, lots of little blood spots from it, I hang huge all day, normal is 5.5x5, after doing this I am 6x5.4 about. I am doing something a bit different and better with this Dash Rap than what other people are doing that I know of. It can be dangerous so I am slowly watching and timing right.
I’m going to buy a clothing tape measure and take pics. I want to see how effective taking the Andorgel and doing the DashRap is going to be!
