Most powerful manual stretch ever!!
I’m not new to manual stretching and I’ve made great gains from it. Thing is that I feel that the stretches that used to work for me don’t necessarily do the job anymore. I need more tension. The problem is: 1-my grip slips when I pull too hard 2-I can’t really put all the tension I want to have with just the strength of my arms.
Tonight I tried something new:
Stood up while stretching, got a 2 hand-grip, I put my closed fists in my desk and rested the weight of my upper body on them. Ooh! what a stretch I got from that! The pressure applied on my fists by the weight of my upper body gave me a much better grip. To add tension, I just move my butt back a little. since I’m very tall, I put my fists directly on my desk to do stretches at angles varying between 8:00 and 7:00. Then I put one dictionary(don’t worry I’m the only one using it!) on my desk and stretched at 9:00. I then added another dictionary, and baby powder on my dick, and stretched at 10:00. I tell you, with the grip enhancement provided by the baby powder, there almost no limit to the amount of tension you can put. I finished that by stretching at 12:00 lying in my bed on my back.
This stretching session lasted 50+ min. It was by far the longest and most intense stretching session I ever did.
Pros of this method:
-provides incredibly better grip and stretch force.
-I can stretch for a much longer time. Since my grip slips a lot less, I get almost no irritation and I can go for amounts of time never before reached.
-Right now I only see one con: you have to be careful. You can get a very powerful pull from this technique. Don’t go too hard! DEFINITELY NOT FOR NEWBIES!!!
PS: I don’t know if anybody aver posted about this kind of stretches, if so sorry for doubling.
