What exercises or other parts of PE are you most bored with?

For me it is definitely the jelqing.
The first 3-4 months I did 20+15 minutes of intense jelqing every PE day (5-6 days a week).
Sometimes it went quite smooth, but often I really had to struggle mentally to just get passed these sessions.
When it comes to manual stretching and erect squeezes and bends, I do not have that problem at all.

For me it is important to realistically believe that I will be able to continue PEing indefinitely. Otherwise, I do not even bother starting. With jelqing I early on doubted that I would be able to do so, and I am already seeing that I tend to skip more and more of the jelqing.

Another part that I realized early that I had to skip just to believe in long term PEing: warm-ups. After 1-2 months I completely skipped warm-ups and have no regrets whatsoever.

So what part of PEing do you hate most?


Agree with you, jelqing is a bit boring. So are warmups. How are you gaining now that you quit the warmups, I mean everebody keeps stressing and restressing the importance of warmups?

I haven’t seen any effects from warm-ups or from skipping them. I had early good nebie gains when using warm-ups, but I kept gaining even after skipping them.
Totally I gained +1.7cm BPEL and +1cm EG in 5 months.


I’d say watching my penis grow… Seriously, it has to be the warm-ups. Oden, do you have any discoloration, or do you fine yourself any more prone to injury? I admire the fact that you can PE without warm-ups. If I don’t warmup, I get the dots almost instantly.

For me, no part of PE is boring. I put on my favorite music and rock out to it while doing my exercises, so i’m always active in the moment and never bored.

Dots and discoloration I get, but in my opinion that’s a small price to pay for not having to spend a lot of time heating my unit. Besides that I haven’t seen any injuries to talk about.

Since I live together with my wife and a lot of kids, and I haven’t told them about my new hobby, I have to do stealth PEing the few minutes I get to myself in the bathroom, and then I simply do not have time to do warm-ups. Works for me.


I really don’t like the stretching part of PEing. Mainly the ones where I have to stretch up and down and straight out. I usually stretch by pulling my unit with two hands for 60 sec or more. I think that its very time consuming and makes my hands tired.

Some mornings stretching can be boring. I get bored easily while trying to time my stretches. Warm-ups aren’t a problem because I have a hot tub in a secluded outdoor location. I use this time to relax and prepare my mind for jelqing. I don’t usually get bored while jelqing because I get really focused; not just on jelqing but on trying to maintain an optimal erection level. If I’m not hard enough I think about sexual experiences until my level increases, conversely if I am too hard, which is often the problem, I focus on mundane, boring thoughts to decrease my erection level. While I am jelqing I am also visualizing about how big I’m eventually going to become. When I manage to get it all to flow together that way I almost always have a big flaccid hang day.

With me its definately the stretching. Talk about dull, mindless, monotony. I find jelqing takes a certain amount of concentration and technique. Stretching on the other hand, pull your dick out and hold for x amount of seconds then repeat process(for 30 or more minutes), what drudgery!

I think if you reach that point where you think its boring then what you need to do is visualize the end result of all your work and just keep reminding yourself that this result cannot be achieved without putting in the work that you are currently putting in at this precise moment that you felt a tinge of boredom.

Are you really hungry enough to get what you want or are you just going through the motions and kidding yourself?

You must have a burning desire and remember that much like an Olympic marathon runner there are moments on the course when you feel all alone and tired and maybe even think of quitting but when you enter the Olympic Stadium and the crowd suddenly rises to their feet in a thunderous (no pun intended) applaud and they are hanging the Gold medal around your neck and raising the flag of your country who you have brought honor to for your awesome performance…the national anthem…the tears streaming down your cheek
Your family and friends all so proud of you…

Its then that you realize why you were out there doing all those crazy long distance workouts.

I know that sounds rather simplistic and obvious (duhhhhhh) but you’d be surprised how we tend to forget the simple things and how much more effective your workouts become when you keep the target within your minds eye and never let it out of your sight. Relentless effort, perseverance…the eye of the tiger and all that good jazz. Stay goal oriented at all times even when you go to sleep because this will allow you to program yourself for success on a deeper level and the positive changes will begin to manifest themselves almost like magic.

Visualization is such an important part of achieving any goal (not just PE)
I am a long distance runner and have been for over 26 years. Often times I would get really bored out there while pounding the pavement and what suddenly gave me the boost energy is when I visualized in my mind
that my lover/partner was telling me how I have all this endless endurance and never seem to get tired—OH MY GOD SUPERSIZEIT WHAT A GREAT LOVER YOU ARE!!! making her cum over and over again until she is emotionally drained and exhausted from all those orgasms and needs to stop….

Such thinking would inspire me then I would suddenly find my second wind and motivation to finish the workout.

Such remarks from my partner are part of the same reason I do PE and when PE starts to get a bit boring.
I simply remember that Ive come a long way to get to where I am and if I start getting lazy then I may to start to slowly give back my gains and may even begin to hear less and less of those wonderful words that are music to my ears…OH MY GOD SUPERSIZEIT!!!… ;)

You have to understand that I just love to drive women wild and thats part of what keeps me going.

The excitement of PE has waned for me and I have found that listening to some good music helps pass the time. It also helps me to count, like when I am stretching or something like that.

Jelqing is very boring and it’s hard to keep the right amount of erection. I don’t jelq much, though, I mainly stretch. My gameplan is to stretch until I get above 7 BPEL, then start on girth.

The most exciting part is the first day of every month when I check/post my gains to the PE database. I know it has only been 4 months (officially), but I have yet to have a month with no gains. This is encouraging for me. Also knowing where I started and where I am today makes me very, very happy. Knowing that PE works and that I could be another supersizeit someday makes me very, very, very happy.

Stretching is sometimes boring to me because I try to hold a one-hand stretch for 20 minutes at a time. It starts hurting my hands 9 or 10 minutes into it and I start looking at the clock…

I jelq afterwards and that’s not a problem because I have no set time and it feels good keeping up a good chubby.

When I used to do manual stretching, it was the most boring aspect.

Now I’m just jelqing and clamping, and will be hanging again soon. I do my PE in my bedroom and play some music, it makes it almost fun.
