Good morning to all.

Today I come to update my status, i am really happy because I found the problem (poor sleep) and the solution (workout).

Three consecutive days sleeping all night and morning woods, each day more hard.

This week I wake up early so I wake up alarm clock and when i wake up its not erect . The morning wood wake up me in the middlethe Night, i touch my hard cock and go sleep other time .

is there a problem with this?

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I have problems sleeping through the night when i slack on my meditation. I workout and everything but it didn’t help much. But when i meditate 20 minutes per day starting that night i sleep like a baby. After about 4 days to a week of doing it regularly i can sleep for 9+ uninterrupted hours(alarm clock required because i have slept for 10hrs on occasions which shocked the hell out of me). I never sleep that good if I go more than a week without doing it. It has many health benefits beyond great sleep too. All I do is focus on my breath for 20 minutes while sitting upright.
