Tonight I woke up once in the middle of the night and then in the morning and when I woke up I had morning wood,ut it was not hard. It occurs many days.

Do you believe it happens because it will interrupt sleep stages (REM)?
What can i do?
someone with the same problem?

I do not drink water after 6pm and took valerian pills.

Seems not that healthful if you do not drink water after 6pm? When do you sleep?

Why not healthful? O drink 1’5L ir 2L per day

when i’m in shift morning I wake up at 5 am

If you drink 2-3 lt of water everyday, there is no issue.

You can have a glass of water 1 hour before sleeping, no big deal.

As for the soft morning wood it may be happening because your penis is tired or because you do not get enough rest when sleeping.

I think not sleep properly …..all resents .For this(mw & PE)and for my health I want to rest perfectly.

Wednesday,yesterday and today i’ve done 50/60 wet jelqs tomorrow and Sunday i will rest.I dont know what to do Monday.

Vallerian pills works but My mistake was taking them at 7pm and not before bedtime. I do not know. Tonight i will take before bedtime.

My morning wood is dependent on my REM sleep cycle. If I dream that night, I get wood. I understand that you don’t dream in REM, but usually one leads into the other.

Wake Up 2 times and soft morning wood…

Until now and sadly valerian pills do not work for me.

Not know what to do …. if go to the doctor tomorrow or what… :(

First sleeping(bad) and accordingly are soft morning woods.

Accordingly i am tired.

I recently got a fitbit that tracks my sleep patterns and discovered that I have many minor disturbances nightly and wake at least once per night.

This might be something you might explore.

I have virtually 100% morning wood these days though.
