I find it difficult to incorporate jelqs during stretching, because I lose a lot of time waiting for my unit to become flaccid again for stretching. That’s why I prefer to stretch first, then jelq.

Would it make a big difference if I jelqed first?

I find if I do not have direct stimulation it goes fl acid immediately which sucks

The ideal is probably to start and end with jelqing, and to do a few jelqs between other exercises.

Or:

You can do your main jelqs first to make the tunica more pliable. (It also supplements your warm-up). Then do your stretching, then do a couple of minutes more jelqing at the end, followed by firegoat rolls.

Or:

After a good warm-up, do your stretches to max out the ligs, then do your jelqing.

To put it another way, there is no absolute right and wrong. It comes back to ‘feel’.

What is immutable, is that the easiest to stretch tissue will always stretch first, and the harder to stretch tissue will only stretch once the easier tissue is maxed out. So you have to feel when the tissue is stretching optimally, both in terms of force and time. No one can tell you how hard or how long.

Because of different people’s different physiological make-up, the optimum approach will differ. Someone with very naturally tough connective tissue (hard gainer) will need more warm up and jelqing to soften up the resistance of the tissues before stretching.

If you have been concentrating on lig stretches, they may have toughened up (adapted) to the force and time you have been using, and are no longer stressed enough by it - they have become the ‘hard to stretch’ tissue, so you move your effort away from the lig stretches towards more jelqing etc.

Basically, if you can feel what is happening (and it does take a while and much mental concentration on the sensations initially), you will learn when to change the emphasis of your routine, or to add or substitute exercises.

But whatever routine you do; end with a couple of minutes of jelqs and then do firegoat rolls until your penis is back to the colour nature intended (or as close as you can reasonably get it).

That’s all more ‘how to stimulate growth’ than ‘more thoughts on how growth occurs’. :)

Wow.So that’s what it takes to be removed from this forum? Dissenting from the popular viewpoint? I thought his opinion was wrong; but did not see anything to warrant his being kicked out. He was only responding to those who disagreed with his theory; explaining his thought process. I guess it pays to be a sheep here.

2 posts since 2007 does indeed qualify you as a sheep js :) . If you note Thunder’s comment at post 68, you will see that that guy has been banned many times before. He gets a kick out of wasting other members time and being the centre of attention for his ‘cleverness’ at leading people down the wrong PE path.

I have been meaning to ask this, Where do the lugaments attach on the penis side? I understand they attach at the “root” or base, but where is the attachment on penis itself? (I have looked at diagrams, so that will not help)

I have never been much of a stretcher and really have not gained much length (about 3/4”) I have worked on girth for years.

Just one comment about the Tight vs loose ligaments. It seems that many of the black guys in porn that are very large hang almost straight down even when erect. I think this adds to the appearance of being hung as well as help increase the appearance of flaccid size.

The suspensory ligaments kind of weave into the topside of the tunica - the stiffer part at the top. The fundiform I don’t really know how they attach, but probably in the same fashion, except a little closer in on the underside.

The Fundiform ligament wraps around the base of the penis like a sling, fully encircling it.

Yes, but is the fundiform ligament woven into the tunica? Or is it loose, like a slingshot with a wiener resting in it?

The Fundiform ligament extends from the frontal sheath of the Rectus Abdominis and the Linea Alba, and splits into two bundles of fibres which wrap around the base; yes, they are attached to the fascial sheath of the penis, but whereas the fibres of the Suspensory ligament blend/weave fully into the fascia around the penis, the fibres of the Fundiform ligament run ‘across’ the fascia.

It’s difficult to explain! Yes, they are attached, but they are not homogeneous.

Really interesting read.I had already thought some of this. But there are plenty of people who increase intensity and or time and gain more, much more!! I’m thinking if you want a gigantic dick but don’t mind waiting longer your method would be very useful.

And for everyone who gains from upping, there are at least two who complain about halted gains. At least it seems so to me.
