I agree with Springer.

Cool down means applying something cold (less hot than your body) on your penis: water, if nothing else.

If I had to pick one, warm up is more important.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’d say both are important and you should not try to cut corners when it comes to your dick.

I would think that in the prevention of injury, warm up would be the most important.

Warm up Id guess.

I fowfer as a cool down.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

The warm up is absolutely essential in bringing better gains. The Cool down is just as important. I’m able to max out my penis after a good warm up session, and the cool down helps to ease the soreness.

A warm up to get the blood flowing before any exercise is always good, I have never cooled down.

Warm up to get everything loose and stretchy to avoid injury. I don’t cool down. I will warm down with a hot shower or just do nothing.

Both are important, because you want your dick to be nice and healthy, not just big.

Do them both, and as jb560 said above, don’t try cutting corners when it comes to your dick ;-)

I personally disagree with the cool down method. After a PE session I try to keep my unit as warm as possible and maximum blood flow (while flaccid) and for as long as possible. My reasoning for this is that I want my Penis to heal larger, if I apply cold it shrinks and will then begin healing in this state. I always use a warm up routine to prevent major injury but I personally see a heat maintaining warm down as being crucial. This is of course carried out when there is no pain, bruising or sign of injury, in which case cold would be better to reduce pain and swelling to aid in rapid healing but for the sake of gains heat is most definitely the key.
