Hi guys,
I have some questions for hanging, routines and device.
So I use my home made hanger for about 1 month I want to ask is right to use my homemade hanger or I have to buy some professional?
If I have to buy some professional hanger witch is better? What is really difference between them in stretch power?
Vacuum or not vacuum hanger you suggested?
I started whit 1 kg weight, now I increase to 3.5 kg 3*30 min per session and make between sessions some jelqs. I planned to increased weight every 2 weeks whit 0.5 kg.
I also use extender about 8 hr per day 6 day per week.
I read some thread and guys says they make only hanging or extender or manual not mixing because is too much for penis.
I do manual exercise too and I add short session with BM 2*5 min. I think BM and jelqs make my EQ excellent and keeping it.
Is good to use all device and manual exercise in one mixed routine?

I copped some of my usual routine. Now I’m focused for length.

Extender session - 8 hr. per day with max length.
Warming up - 10 min
Helicopters - 2-3 min right and 2-3 min left;
BTC stretch - 10 min
Handing 3 * 30 min - with 3.5 kg
Wet Jelqs - 200 / 100 slowly normal grip; 100 fast revers grip/
Circle - 6 set * 30 rotations 1 set left and second set right
Warming down - 10 min
Side to Side - 100 /2 seconds hold each/
JAI Stretch every time when I can maybe 15-20 min./Per day/.
Bathmate 2*5 min max pressure - new in my routine”

I want to hear you opinion and advice guys.
I want to hear if you have critics too, I believe critics show us own mistakes and make us better versions of ourselves.
Now I have excellent EQ, I haven’t any injuries.

Sorry i dont know much in this area, but i have heard of others making their own hanging device. You should include photos so we can see what you’re working with and i can offer ideas about it.

The important thing, as you must already know, is that if its comfortable, doesnt give any negative PI and you are gaining, then i dont see what could be a problem! Hopefully this message will bump other, more knowledgable people to see your now 2 week old post ^^

The hanger looks pretty good to me,as long as its not hurting and it’s doing what you want it to do.As far as your routine goes,if your erections and morning wood ate not suffering.I wouldn’t change a thing.

How long have you been doing this routine?Do you turtle after the routine?As far as the bathmate I would be careful pumping to Max without a gauge.I would slowly build pressure and not go to Max.You can condom pump to keep the fluid down.Just my opinion,but your routine sounds a little hefty.Your EQ is good though does your unit like what your doing if so keep going,but if Your EQ drops cut back some.Hope this helps.

Thank buddy. My EQ is mine healthy pe status. If EQ isn’t 90-100% I change some exercise or make less time. I don use bathmate from couple months. I add 2 or 3 times per month to keep my girth in good shape and stats.

Now 4 kg hanging is awesome but I think to make 2 session 3 weeks and then to put one to make 3 x 20. I fell my unit needs to pe preparing for 4 kg first. I’m interested from phallosan and your penis weight. I’m new in cockring too. Some advice?

I was hanging 7 1/2 pounds, but it was just taking to much time a day .by the time you get set up, stretch, warm up,then a hour and a half straight hang with breaks of ten minutes, then ads for 2 hours it was about 5 hours a day.I’m still hanging but doing a all day hang at about 2 1/2 pounds and a 30min stretch with heat and pumping every other day for 15mins at 5hg.Going to a golf weights hang all day.
