When you do the exercises for a long time ( 1 year or more) you develope some scaring right? How do you keep it to a bare minimal?



Just think happy thoughts, it’ll all work out fine. Oh, you mean scarring… Where do you mean? In the ligs? On the skin? You can keep all skin damage to a minimum by only doing exercises you are conditioned for - doing the newbie ones at first, and building up to advanced moves. With hanging, you start out with low weight, 1 or 2 pounds and add weight slowly in the beginning, to toughen the skin up.


You should not get any scarring if you do the exercises correctly. To avoid any possible skin issues, use moisturiser on your dick after each day’s routine and maybe some vitamin E cream/oil.

There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world: and that is an idea whose time has come.
