What is the concensus these days about days on and off for clampers - I am not talking about the long decon breaks, but the mini-breaks — for example: 5 days on, 2 days off each week, or 6 on, 1 off, etc. I know some clampers believe in no break days at all. What do you think gives maximum growth?

I do several days on, 1 off, several more days on and 1 off. I don’t schedule when I take the day off, I just wake up an decide this is the day off. Reason being, is that the body can learn your schedule. A body builder will mix it up also. I have started PEing 1.5 months of and 2 weeks off and still take 1 day off at least every 1.5 weeks during my 1.5 month on. Check out my recent thread.

Yes, TNT, and I had read your thread with interest . . particularly about the 1.5 months on, 1 off … I would have thought you couldn’t gain with that much time off, but really, the jury has always been out on rest periods …

correction: I meant, 1.5 months on, 2 weeks off …as you described in your thread (not 1.5 on, 1 off)

I am a believer in clamping every day when you are clamping, but also taking rest breaks. I have taken 1 month decon breaks before and now I am going to a 6 week on (1.5 month) 2 week off schedule. Like TNT described. I am in my first week of break, which is driving me crazy ‘cause I am a pe whore.

figaro - I know the feeling; you feel like you are going to lose your gains. You just MUST CLAMP. but if you actually end up BIGGER on a schedule with breaks …well . . the question is, is it really true?

Monday is the first day of my 2 week break. This is going to tell me weather this is good for me or not. I kind of feel the same as you dangleman, 2 weeks off may be pushing it to loose gains, but if I don’t loose gains, does it mean that my gains could be 95% cemented? I will find out.

figaro, We am the same as you, my Wife and I are clamping whores also, and like I stated on my thread, we learned of my on/off routine by accident. It was kind of like when we first started clamping, we gained quickly, then came to a big slow down, until the breaks began.

Clamp daily. If you are wise you’ll add horses and Ulis too. In my opinion and experience, this will give maximum girth gains.

Bird - I do squeezes while clamped, to add pressure …but damn, I keep getting thromboses (lymph vessels). Still, I am not sure I will gain by just clamping and edging - I feel like I need to add the pressure of squeezing.

If I don’t put break days in I think my erection quality drops, usually two days off throughout the week. I also split my sets up, doing 2x 15 mins in the a.m, and 2x15 in the p.m, everyother day. And 3x10 mins sets on the the opposite every other day. Now that I think of it, does anyone think my schedule maybe to light, or that splitting it up like that hinders my gains.

I think you are doing just fine. How are your gains, are you gaining? and if you are, then you are just fine. On the other hand, if you are not or haven’t been for quite sometime, then you may have to look at your routine.

I plan on keeping you all updated on my breaks. I’m a little worried cause tomorrow is measurement day, because Monday is the beginning of my 2 week break. I only hope that this is working for me.
