So 2 days on and 1 day off….these two days should thoroughly exhaust the penis tho right? Thats usually how a lift…2 days on, HARD. then a day of rest…different body parts tho…

2 on 1 off may work for you, but didn’t for me. I do 5-6 days on, and my days off are constantly changing. I try to never work out less than four times a week.
