I read a post on the main member forum about Horse 440 Squeezes. The guys that posted said that these really pump it up good (girth-wise). I think I might try them myself on down the road. I only mention this because you stated that you are interested in gaining girth. Hope this helps.
Hey, I also wanted to ask you about your V stretches. When and how many of them do you do relative to hanging and jelqing?

thanks man! I am in desperate need of girth gains, I’m on a plateau and I need to take a new aproach because girth is definately lagging behind length gains. I used to do about 10 minutes of v stretches when I first began PE. Now that I’m hanging, I don’t do them as often. Usually only a couple of minutes at a time between my hanging sessions.
