As you all know the placebo effect of some drugs is really amazing…
If you think you heal from a decease by eating drugs, you might heal even if it is some fake drugs. This is true. Proven.

I know in PE the mental part is often forgotten.
When i was starting mental pe, i noticed it instantly worked, i got the biggest flaccid i have ever had ( Or maybe it was the clamping)

If you think everyday that you have small dick, it will make it harder to gain any size.

If you think; hey i am a f**king bull, i have a big fat dick and i`m proud of it. You relax the PC muscle and push the bulge out.
And when you go to the toilet you whip out your dick and don`t try to hide it like before.

Not all know the power of the human mind, but this is a really important point. I know there has been some discussion of this mental thing, but lets go through with it again. I think it is more important than we know.

If you have thought your whole life that you have a small dick, it might be difficult to change your thinking, even if you see some gains.

This is a personal thing to everybody, and some guys don`t have any mental issues, but i think most guys have.

I think you are very right. When I’m not doing PE, I think my dick is pretty big and I’m a stud in the bed. When I’m doing PE, I get problems because of my mind. I se my dick when it is clamped, it looks huge, it feels huge in my hand. Then when I’m about to have sex it of course doesn’t look as big and my mind starts to play games with me. Then I think my dick looks small and I’m not a stud in bed anymore. When I do PE I also looks at my dick 34536345 times a day and if my flacid is not 7 inch then I think I have a micropenis. This is of course because I remember how it looked flacid after my jelqingsession. And then it continues.

I have never got any gains from PE, and I think a lot of it is in my mind. If I only could think just positive about my dick during PE, then I might get my first gains. I think the mental is very important.

Yes, I have very similar “problems”
The only cure is mental PE, it helps for me, but it`s quite hard to stay focused and change the thinking.

One thing I have made a rule of, is that I try to avoid sex if I have done PE the same day. And if I know I will get sex, I don`t PE the same day.
I enjoy sex much more during the off PE day`s also, because of the rest of course.

This is very true and I believe it has been discussed many times before. The psychological aspects of PE is the basis of my book. This is why I feel the temporary gains we get from girth work such as clamping and pumping really help us. It gives us a chance to envision how we can be if we work, so we work harder. Post PE faux gains are a catalyst that ignites ambition in the average PEer. But it also can have a negative effect if you let it. It can be depressing when the faux gains fade. We have to keep control of the illusion and use it to our advantage.

Very true. The importance of the psychological aspects of PE have become diluted over the last several years. It’s seems like the primary focus of many PE’rs nowadays is hands-on technique. We use to discuss this all the time on the old PE boards. Mental imagery is definitely essential to achieving your PE goals. It’s worked for me.

Well BG, I am happy to hear things like that from a good girth gainer. I started real clamping just some time ago, and look forward to my gains.
