I’ve never had priapism. I just noticed the longer I pumped the more length I was getting. I started measuring while under vacuum and noticed my erect penis was expanding nicely while in the cylinder.

After knowing what you know now what is the minimum time youd pump for if you want to grow?

Is the marathon done as one session or can it be broken up over the day?

Minimum would be getting to where I’ve exceeded my BPEL for two 15 minute sets.

You could do two sessions of the that kind.

What do you assume happens after 2x 15 minute sets beyond BPEL?
And where does girth come into play?

And under what level of pressure for leading up to, and during the two 15 minute sets?

So the marathons arent a useful part of your program? 2X15 pumping sets is kinda “normal”.

I was digging to see if time is a huge factor, ie at between two and three hrs it reaches a maximal size not achieved in thirty mins or an hr.

It typically takes 45-60 minutes to begin to exceed my BPEL under vacuum. Once I exceed that measure I at a minimum do two more sets. If I have more time I’ll stay there up to four hours

I rarely exceed 5hg of pressure. The use of heat allows for less pressure/fluid build up. If I know I don’t have time to exceed my BPEL while under vacuum, I just do manual stretches.

My girth came from pumping and clamping.
