Medical Community Rejects PE

Good man russell spread the word!! if anybody you know brings up PE just laugh and call them an asshole and ask if they want to buy any magic beans.

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

No, its okay to tell people, but then I mention that it takes a year of hard work for 1/4”. That gets them to forget it. Oh and then mention the chance of impotence.

Also tell them about the leprechaun that helps you PE, and gives you tips on the stock market

Umm, if you talk about my leprechaun again in public, I will come to your house and cut you. But if you keep it quiet, I might share the spoils.

Incidentally, I think I drank too much cough syrup this morning.

“My dad is a doctor and is well hung (at least it looked that way when I was a kid), but he never mentioned PE to me (maybe because he didn’t need it). I wonder sometimes if he thought I inherited my penis genes from my mother’s side. I was disappointed I didn’t get his genes in that area”

Hey Ophiosaurus I read a psicological theory once that talked about this. For EVERY kid his father´s cock is huge. That´s why exposure may be harmful for kids between 3 and 7- 8 I guess, they can suffer a trauma and believe they are “inferior”. That´s why some psicologists recommend parents not to be naked in front of thier young children.

Well Ophiosaurus, I can support you with this one, having seen my dad naked quite often as a kid. I have also seen him naked recently (he’s not shy). He was huge then and he’s still huge now.

I’m not saying that the “Naked Dad=Traumatised kid” theory is wrong, it’s just my dad got a massive wang and I got a below average one! Life’s not fair.

LB

Wang is passed on by the mother, I think I read that recently in one of the threads.

EXACTLY. What are all of these morons on about, anyway?

Don’t even TRY to change your size! Naturally, or not! It can only result in
negative consequences!

Its pretty simple really, why should they believe in it? Cause some websites promote it - most of them tying to make money? Cause there’s some anecdotal testimony by people who have done it, but little verifiable evidence to back up their claims? Most people don’t keep before and after pics and if they do they could be doctored. We’ve all seen those porn pics. Doctors need and should depend on reputable double blind studies. Until real studies are done, the medical establishment won’t buy it and they shouldn’t. Otherwise they would have to possibly believe in all kinds of quack stuff that people come up with. We are on the cutting edge of something new here, it will take some time before medicine catches on and believes us.

I suspect over the next 10 to 20 years all of this will change, all of it. Once that idiot freak in the White House leaves and they jack up stem cell research in this country and welcome it back into the 21st century they will perhaps very quickly with incredible monetary reward be concentrating not only on the remaining diseases that inflict men but also focusing on hair loss and penis size. Some day they will be able to introduce ‘hung’ stem cells into an adult male and create horse cocks. It will become a huge controversy in the media and the culture and it will only be available at very high prices over a black market when it first happens. Think about it. My Father was a physician for over 40 years and used to say he was absolutely dumbfounded by the progress the profession had made since the early 20th Century. Just imagine what they will develop in the 21st. Also consider that progress and develpment is often exponential. The far right has set up a temporary road block, this is all. Stem cells for penis growth will first be introduced for ‘legitimate’ medical problems like the ‘micro penis’ but when it leaks out that some urologists are sporting 11 inchers the public will demand the product. Think about it. The great futurist and sci fi write Arthur Clark has said that it is likely the next great set of wars waged in the world will be over Gene Patents! best in growth to all, we are pioneers here but I dare say we will be remembered in years to come as we now remember the guys who drove around in Model Ts and flew propeller craft. Sure, this is what I’ve been saying for some time. Furthermore, those paysites you speak of often reuse one another’s “photographic proof” - making me believe that many of them are owned by the same sleaze bags.

The modern “Scientific Method” is based upon Aristotleian logic, nearly 25 centuries from his development of it, and refined of course. If the medical community would believe PE from our “testimony” (which is sometimes even regarded as dubious by members of the various PE forums), then they should believe any magic potion or folk cure.

I think the real question is, “Why don’t they conduct a serious study of PE?” After all, they constantly assert that it is worthless and even warn of the dangers - why not “prove” that it doesn’t work either? You know….in the “interests of the public.”

No medical or pharmaceutical research center is going to invest the time or money to disprove a theory. There’s no money in it.

Oh, how I hope and pray that I will, but today I am still just a bill.

Au contraire, mon ami - the negative approach is precisely the inductive method used. There is a common belief amongst researchers that you can never prove anything - only disprove it. In terms of scientific research, in fact, if a condition proves true 999 times, then returns false only once, the premise is invalid.

Under the general heading of “Penis Enlargement/Improvement,” all of the various methods must be dispassionately tested (surgery - and the various procedures - and implants and, of course, natural PE). Each method must then be stringently tested; ideally, with a large sampling of test subjects as well as placebo control groups. Before PE can be “scientifcally” rejected, it must be demonstrated to be invalid. Under research conditions, any growth noted must be carefully analyzed, then all the various factors which might account for such growth must be ruled out before any firm conclusions may be drawn.

If growth indeed occurred, it’s not enough to “credit” the growth to jelqing and stretching - other possibilities must be ruled out (including the jelqing and stretching). In the case that all other factors for growth, except jelqing and stretching, were ruled out, they still cannot *determine* that growth was due to natural PE. Only tentative conclusions can be drawn - until it can be proven that jeqling and stretching do not lead to growth.

It’s my belief that even under such stringent methodology, some guys might grow very little or none at all. Therefore, such a vast sampling of test subjects would need to be studied. If the negative approach ruled out all other possibilities for growth, except NPE, then at best a tentative conclusion might be reached that “NPE may result in temporary penis enlargement for some individuals.” That alone would not prove “real growth.” Lengthy follow up studies would have to determine “permanence” before it could actually be called “Natural Penis Enlargement.”

[* This issue of permanence, in fact, is ultimately what cost Dr. Chartham the lawsuit filed against him for mail fraud regarding his PE courses many years ago.]

Wad,

I had no intention of debating scientific method with you. I concur with the bulk of what you’ve had to say, but I still stand by my statement.

Unless the medical or pharmaceutical establishment develops a competing product, they have no reason to disprove a theory.

Look at it from their perspective. Why blow all sorts of money disproving methods of PE when you offer no other solution? It’s like a major automaker spending money to refute the claim that orange juice lowers cholesterol. There’s just no financial benefit to it.

Now let’s say one of the big drug makers develops a clinically proven PE pill. Now imagine that some accountant does a little research and discovers that a large portion of market share is being lost to jelqing (and other forms of NPE). Then, you can bet the farm they’ll spend millions on research to prove their product is better.

Oh, how I hope and pray that I will, but today I am still just a bill.

Hopin,
I realize that the 2 posts sort of overlapped the scientific method/financial incentive theme. What I meant to say was that the medical community dismisses NPE with a single voice, yet they have no scientific research to support their rejection of PE - only their “theories” (at least none that has ever been made public). What I’m really saying is that their hostile stance towards NPE has no real logical validity. And if they think they’re being “true to science,” they need to first conduct a comprehensive large-scale study to “prove” that NPE is invalid; otherwise, they’re just blowing smoke out their asses.

This is why I’m hostile to their positions. If they studied a few thousand university men, over a several year period (which I’m sure they could secure funding for since they routinely spend a fortune on stupid shit - like “Why do bees buzz?” etc.), then they could authoritatively state that NPE is bogus. If the FDA and other watchdog groups genuinely have the public welfare in mind, why not set out to put the PE sites & enlargement pill guys out of business? Certainly a legitimate endeavor, I would think - especially given the explosion of said businesses on the Internet. (They’ve sure come down hard on the nutrition supplement folks, forcing them to carefully word their claims on their supplement products - yet the PE paysites abound).
