Measuring for PIs
About a week ago I measured my girth and I noticed that I lost a 1/8th. After discovering this I noticed that my EQ was slightly not as good as before, but I would of never noticed this if I didn’t measure
compulsively every time I jelq; I just can’t help it, but girth only. I measure length twice a month or so. So I laid off for two days and sure enough it was back, and with a vengeance; so were all good here.
So I lowered the intensity and time a little. Less is really more with PE and a beat up dick really doesn’t grow. I think for newbies and even veterans that when adding a new exercise it would be wise to
measure for PIs for the first few weeks every time you have a PE session. I started horse 440s a few weeks ago, so this is how I over trained if you are curious. The thing is I didn’t get one red spot when I
noticed the girth loss, so even if you are not getting spotting you can still be overdoing it. Just so you know I was devastated when I noticed the loss; that is a horrible feeling.
