my LOT is at 7-8 should i max out my lig til LOT is 6 and than start stretch upwards til my LOT goes back up?

Have anyone prove this thoery effective?

I wonder also if bringing your LOT back up will enable more gains by maxing the ligs out once more (and create a cycle where the LOT can be refreshed for more gains all the time)

This may be possible. I also have a LOT @ 8:00. I have a good flaccid hang. I feel that this is due to having slightly longer ligs than my tunica.

Upon first reading Bib’s LOT theory, I felt that it would be best to do just that. Bring my LOT down to 7-6:00, then bring it back up by hitting the tunica.

I read in some of the last LOT theory post that one person with a LOT @8:00 was recomended to start working on his tunica at that point, then hit his ligs again.

I started doing that also, but I’m considering lowering my LOT a bit more to 7:00-6 then beggining hitting the tunica as suggested here.

This sounds reasonable to me. I see it like this,when the ligs are maximized, they are maximized to the amount of inner penis outside. If you “pull” more penis out by tunica work you can make the ligs a little longer because your penis is suspended by the ligs. I believe this concept has been proven effective, similar to a cause and effect realtionship between the tunica and ligs. I thought this to be very basic in the LOT theory,but if it isn’t I would like to know.


So what should we call this? “Jacking the penis?” Like a car-jack?

So therefore, if it’s like a car jack, then it would be best to make longer “jackings” (maxing out ligs then moving to max out the tunica and so on) so as the jack moves up (bigger dick) faster!

Rather than small “jackings” (working on both tunica and ligs at the same time or in close rotation).

I’ll let you know. My LOT was barely 6:30/7:00 when I read about it. I tried hanging up, but real results came from a customized zeke stretcher. I’m now at a solid 9:00. I find it amazing, it took only a month or so.

I’ve changed my routine again. 20 minutes stretcher, 20 minutes hanging 24 pounds (after the stretcher, I can load up, and really get the fatigue I’m suppose to get which I “lost” when I was only hanging),stretcher again and then 15-20 minutes in the pump to get the blood in the stretched cells for healing. Also take only 1 andro-100 poppers from GNC (don’t want my balls to shrink) just in case it may help cement gains-although I’m counting on the pump for that. Just read at thunder’s about the possibility of horny goat, so I’ve started taking 3 capsules Nature’s Aphrodisiac Horny Goat Weed with pure Maca, also at GNC.

I don’t know if it’s the testosterone boosters or not, but I’m getting the feeling of confidence that it’s really working WELL for me now. My after workout flaccid hang, at least for 5 minutes or so, I’m now at 9 1/4. I still can remember when it was an inch less- same thing when working with the zeke. I’ll be hanging around 8 1/4 in the early afternoon— but again, I can remember when I’d be happy with that length being for erect. Erect is slower, but progress continues.

If I loose weight, I think I’ll even impress myself, which any PE’er knows, is tough to do. It seems like we are never satisfied.

As I said before, it’s not my compulsion, it’s my DNA’s. I’m a victim here.

so bbc, this “customized zeke stretcher”, does this work the tunica?

If so, then arent you working both the ligs and tunica in the same workout, thus going against the rule of the LOT theroy that says you should work the ligs and tunica seperately?

Just wanting to get a better understanding of the whole situation.

Don’t ask me why, mine doesn’t work the ligs. The direction of stretch is completely adjustable from almost straight up to straight down. I gave it a try because I thought it would do both at the same time, but it doesn’t.

There is no fatigue in my lig area, and a stretched soreness only about 2-3 inches from the root. Maybe it the direction I’m using (straight out to straight up). I can’t give you a photo cause XP doesn’t support my scanner.

I don’t use weights. The top part (that holds the fixtures that the threaded rod goes through) is a rubber pvc connector that ‘s bolted to a plastic pvc connector.I pull the head through, then start wrapping with an ace bandage, slowly stretching it further out of the rubber connector. When I start, the head just makes it out, and before I use the wing nuts, the bottom of the head is at least 1 1/2 inches out. Since this method hasn’t different starting lengths, I measure against my leg (using a brown magic marker which to the “untrained eye” looks simply like a mole),keeping my heels together. I therefore know that the stretcher is causing a stretched length increase. And since I restarted hanging, the fatigue tells me that the stretcher isn’t affecting the ligs. What can I say?

I certainly don’t do it all day, just two 20 minute bouts,and those are starting out at “zero” and tightening the wing nuts every 30 seconds or so until the 20 minutes is up. I don’t go longer cause the circulation is obviously being cut off/reduced and the greater stretch.
