There are alot of over ambitious guys that make big claims but in fact alot of it seems to be lympth. This is not good for your skin and functions over time. Do a research on what Lymph is guys and particularly on your penis. There are noobs that see some of these guys with blown donut dicks and think that’s great. Do some medical research and don’t let lymph be your added measures, it’s going to end up hindering your gains.

Oh and I am not at all saying dangleman is that, I don’t see that in his pics, but if he keeps on letting the lympth go, he won’t make good gains and the lympth will get worse. Just take a good long break and use your best judgement.

Update: I finally got the lymph swelling to go down with hot baths and gentle massaging of the underlying damaged lymph vessels. At first I coud not even feel the damaged vessels because there was so much swelling (lymph) on top, but after awhile I could feel the hardened, knotty vessels underneath. Now I am ALMOST back to normal save for some donut-like swelling underneath, just below the head.

I am going to rest awhile, yes, and when I start back, go very slowly and not get overzealous with the squeezing while clamped.

Hey Bro I know you won’t:) but I think you should take a couple of months off before you even think about clamping or squeezes again.

Dangleman, can you describe how you did the “gentle massage”? I was going to suggest you should try gently ‘jelqing’ in reverse, i.e. hold your dick straight out with one hand and stroke inwards with the other, pushing the lymph back into the body.
