I have done it before… 4.5 hours straight. I got a lot of lymph build up, very sore the next day, didn’t do anything for gains though…

Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!


I should add I am perfectly fine now though. So its not like I broke it or anything (: Maybe doing it a few times in a week would yield good results?

It should be ok. I just wonder how you are going to maintain an erection for 5 hours straight. Not even porn will keep it up THAT long.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Well, here’s what went down. I ended up doing a few light stretches in conjunction with my heating pad, which I have neglected over the last 2 months; then I warmed up for 30 minutes. I ended up doing overhanded downward jelqing and straight up jelqing; I did these in 30 minute increments. I lasted only 3 hours, and this is a good thing being that I’m sore today. My flaccid is good and thick but not really longer.

I discovered a good technique along the way; I plan on continuing with this new method. I set on the edge of the bath tub and as I jelq overhanded and straight to the floor, I move my upper body in the direction my jelqing hand is going (well, the general direction). Using a light to moderate grip, I find the body motion traps much more blood than just with the hand alone. To add, just as my hand gets to the glans, I pull my body up gently to get a good pull. If you really want to make this effective, jelq pulling not only straight to the floor, but pull it below your testicles where it is aiming back toward what you’re setting on slightly.

My hat is off to you sir, I would be bored to tears jelqing for 3 hrs sitting in a bathroom.. I do it for like 30 mins and I have to watch TV or read on a comp or something.

I’d like some clarification, Starter. Are you planning to do this once a week with other PE between? Or exclusively this? I would think the latter; the point of a shock routine is to avoid conditioning, right?

I’m thinking of taking this approach with clamping. Maybe four hours or so, once a week.

Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"

I’d be interested to know if it has given you some gains from that session alone.

Hbgreek, I’m going to do this once every two weeks, and drop my routine down to lighter stress.

BunchofBananas, I have not made any erect measurements; I want to do this a few more times (3 or 4 more times) before I measure. I will let you know in about a month and a half if I have gained.
