Manual stretching will always be my favorite
Ok this simple exercise will target the ligs really hard. Definitely not for newbs!
What I do is I grab the penis with a normal OK grip behind the head, the palm of my hand is facing down towards the floor so not up towards my face.
Then I just stretch downward. Now here comes the fun part, with the lowest part of my PALM I then push against the shaft of the penis creating a fulcrum with my palm. So now the penis head will now curve up a bit as you twist your hand.
Its really simple and gives a great stretch, please do tell me if you dont understand my description. Anyone done this before? If so what are the results?
