Manual stretch Vs hanging
Reading various posts here, I see many members spend hours each day hanging. Results, in the main, seem to be quite positive and hanging seems a great way to go, the only problem for me (and I’m sure I’m not alone here) is time and privacy (I feel any hanging efforts I attempted in my office just may elicit quizzical looks from my staff!). So therefore I concentrate on manual stretches a lot and I guess the contention is whether the two - hanging and manual stretching - are really one and the same with the only difference being in duration (?). The extrapolation of this is that results will therefore come a lot quicker with hanging. I guess the consistency of each hang is a plus as well.
Anyway, just pondering. Like to hear others thoughts.
