manual strecthes and devises
Ok after some hard work i have come across a workout routine & supplements that i believe is suitable for a beginner such as myself. I will be posting it in another post to get the member’s opinion on it. I have another question however relating to the overall peing workout consisting of manual and mechanical devises.
When is a good time to incorporate such mechanical devises in the peing workout. From what i understand, its better that i perform manual exercises (stretches, jelqing and pc workout) for a month first before incorporating mechanical devises. IS that correct? or not.
Secondly, which devises are best? So far i hear alot about the Penimaster and the Bib hanger. Is there anymore, are anymore devises needed? The reason i am asking this is because since my starting size is very sadly poor in BOTH length and girth (5 x 4 only) i need every bit of edge possible in my peing journey.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated
