Manual length routine
I was wondering if this length routine is suitable to gain with. I do this at night, after doing girth exercises in the afternoon(20 mins of jelq, 5-10 mins of ulis). I try to get 20 mins of stretching in on days I workout.
30 sec stretches: up, down, left, right, straight out 2X-3X
20 sec/20 sec stretches: v stretch/a stretch 3X
30 sec tunica(over wrist) stretch 3X
30 sec stretches: straight up, squat stretch, btc 2X-3X
30 sec rotate: clockwise then counter clockwise
Depending how much time I have used up, I will fill in the remainder with V & A Stretches, squat stretches, BTC, and straight up and down.
Do you think I can gain by doing this about 5-8 hours after a girth routine the same length? If you think I should alter it in anyone please let me know. The reason for this is that my penis seems to have lost some length and added some girth. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
