Manual Fulcrum "ADS"
I am not sure if people have already done it before but I have done the following over the last month which possibly contributed to my recent 1/8” gain - non-cemented ELBP first followed by 1/8” increase in BPFSL. This is a pure tunica gain since I measure standing. It also helped me keep my flaccid in the range between 5” and 6” all the time.
I do it whenever I can, usually when surfing the internet. Application times vary.
I grab the top half of my flaccid penis, bend it around my thumb of the same hand, and pull it up. Thumb serves as a fulcrum. I don’t pull very hard, just enough to feel the tension in my tunica around the thumb. The nice thing is that you can apply this stretch for a long period time without your hand (only one hand is involved) getting tired. This exercises also gives a nice “stretchy” feeling.
