Manual Fulcrum "ADS"

I am not sure if people have already done it before but I have done the following over the last month which possibly contributed to my recent 1/8” gain - non-cemented ELBP first followed by 1/8” increase in BPFSL. This is a pure tunica gain since I measure standing. It also helped me keep my flaccid in the range between 5” and 6” all the time.

I do it whenever I can, usually when surfing the internet. Application times vary.

I grab the top half of my flaccid penis, bend it around my thumb of the same hand, and pull it up. Thumb serves as a fulcrum. I don’t pull very hard, just enough to feel the tension in my tunica around the thumb. The nice thing is that you can apply this stretch for a long period time without your hand (only one hand is involved) getting tired. This exercises also gives a nice “stretchy” feeling.

Sparky, do you find this exercise puts a lot of stress on the dorsal nerve?

Not more than any other fulcrum stuff, probably less because tension isn’t that great. But you can increase tension if you need. The nice thing is that it’s your hand, so everything is under control.

Is manual ADS the best method to keep the penile stretched?

What are the other methods of ADS-most effective. (Am I correct in assuming that ADS isn’t for gains, but to keep the tissue stretched longer, which makes gains/fatigue easier for hanging)

Technically when you use your hands it’s not ADS (all day stretch) since you can’t walk around with your unit in your hand :p . It’s something in between ADS and normal stretching. I like it because I can apply a prolonged, controlled stretch for some periods of time, targeting tunica through fulcrum. I don’t know how to compare it to conventional ADS since I’ve done none.
