Man sues 'bigger penis pill' cpmpany

A man (who else would it be) has sued a penis pill company after paying some $50 for pills which had no effect.

It only happened last week so there’s no result of the success, but it should be intresting to see what the result will be.

Penis enlargement pills

From the ones I’ve seen so far, those bringing suit don’t have much chance. The ads speak of “male enhancement”. They don’t actually say, “we’ll make you bigger”. If they increase vascularity, improve erections, or make one seem “harder” then they have done what they advertised to do.

I think they would be pretty safe most of the time even if they were making false claims of bigger size though. How many men would actually go to court and say, “I’ve got a small dick, I took these pills, and I still have a small dick”?

Actually Longitude has been shut down, Enzyte has had judgements against it, the list goes on. Courts treat this shit as the fraud it is. Remember that these things are sent through the mail and mail fraud laws are good enough for the mafia.

Not many - and that’s what these companies rely on, but you’ve got to admire those who do. That takes some balls.

OOps sorry about that. I checked the date and it was January and assumed it was this year.

Not to worry though. It serves a purpose for any Newbies coming on and seeing that they are fraudulent.

This is true. I think also the pill manufacturers are getting slicker these days, I was checking out a site the other day and I can see how it would have sucked people in who didn’t know it was blatantly fraudulent; after all we expect that claims made or inferred are actually legitimate - we are by nature believers.

That smiling Bob commercial pi$$ed me off even before I found this site.

On a fishing site I go to a guy has an avatar of smiling Bob and because of that I don’t respect anything that guy says on that site.

I don’t know the commercial but I suppose it’s possible that the guy using it as an avatar is taking the piss rather than indicating his love for smiling Bob.
