When I was hardcore into doing PE, I had reached 7.25” NBPEL. I stopped a while ago and when I measured this morning, I noticed I was 7” even. Can someone suggest a good maintenence routine to get me back to that point? Someday, I’ll resume me quest for more size but right now, I just don’t have the time.

What are piss pulls?

Just give it a gentle stretch for 15 - 20 seconds every time you have to urinate.

1/4” may be gotten back quite quickly and easily for some guys, but others may have to work at it and have to recommence a routine prior to “maintaining”.
