Maintenance on ligs-while working tunica
Here’s another question for anyone..
I worked the ligs for numerous months and got about a half inch in gains, now I’m working the tunica.
Should I still do some ligament hanging or stretching (not much of it) just to keep the ligs stretch, so I don’t lose any gains, or should I just work and concentrate on the tunica only?
Do ligs stretched not really retract all that much- therefore no maintenance is necessay? Beit that supposedly once ligs (no matter what kind of ligs) are stretched, they are permanently stretch.like when you sprain your ankle-the ligaments are always stretched for the rest of your life.
