Made a "discovery" last night while doing my squeezes.....

I tried something I hadn’t done before last night while doing my squeeze workout. I did it on my knees. I know that doesnt sound like anything spectacular at first BUT, I had NO trouble staying at the near fully erect level on my knees. Not sure why this works so well for me but, it does. Some of you other guys might want to try this and fire back some feedback. I got one of my best workouts ever last night.

It works for me well too and if i didn’t have that little pain in my right knee i would try it more often.

I think it works well for two reasons:
Firstly, physically I can get more blood in there! Like the difference when you are jelging sitting and then suddenly you decide to continue standing if you know what i mean? Don’t you feel more engorged then? I do especially if I open my legs a bit. I suppose I work the pc muschle better that way together with having less pressure in the area and therefore better circulation.

Seconly, schycologically and most important for me, is the position in relation to sex. After three months into this and getting used to the new sensations I am having a difficult time holding the 3/4 erection consistently. So changing to the actual position, and not visualising it, is a plus in maintaining the erection for a longer period of time.

I posted on the other board recently that I gained 2” in about 6 months of consistent, intense jelqing. After modifying my techniques some and not getting the same pumped feeling I think my better than average gains my be due to 2 factors:

1. Jelquing kneeling or standing. I have done it w/o standing many times and compared to standing, I don’t get nearly as “pumped”. I mean if it only happened once, I’d say it’s perception but this happened many times. It seems to get much thicker when standing. I’ll only do standing/kneeling now.

2. A thorough hot wrap prior to the workout. As above I tried it with and w/o many times and I also seem to get a better pump than w/o. I use a 2’x2’ wet rag which I place in the microwave about 10 times so I can maintain as hot a temp as I can stand for 5 minutes or so. (Do they make electric heating pads which could work for this?). Also seems to eliminate swelling and injury.

I’ll let you know if I can continue to progress.

You know whats works well and is easy on your knees a small step stool I got this one it’s about a foot high it’s not really a stool
it’s a step my wife uses it to get into the high cabinets. But anyway if you get on your knees and park the back of your ass on the stool so that your package is still hanging free but most of your weight is on the step you can get the same affect without the knee problems.

Good observation, as usual! I’ve never quite put two and two together on this idea, but now that you mention it I recall the same thing while kneeling (and standing).

I think it was on the arginine research site link that’s floated around here a few times over the years, that stated exercises that involve your leg muscles increase blood flow to the penis by as much as 21%.

Here’s the link, read the first bullet point-

On your knees or squatting, you are bringing the thighs and glutes into play. I think the brain senses the increase work load and sends more blood to these muscles to compensate, and the penis takes a ride on the extra blood flow…

Sounds like 1.5 minutes of deep knee squats are in order before a pe session… :)
