Hey fellas, it’s been awhile since I’ve been around.
I want to start a topic I think should be important on lymph fluid build-up.
First I didn’t used to get it, when I over worked I used to get a slight donut but went away next day. I had made just amazing gains before I started clamping. Clamping for long periods spread the fluid build-up from the donut area to all around. At first I didn’t mind, it made my dick look smoother and softer and hang much more. It’s been a year and a half since that started. I’ve made zero real gains since I started it, in fact overtime the fluid build-up seems perminant or at least it comes back with long erections. This does worry me, I’ve noticed a lot less flaccid hang, my ribs and veins have shrunk. And what does the fluid build-up do to your balls and dick overtime? It can’t be good.
I’ve decided to quite P.E. for a year. 4 months is not enough. So next summer will go back to the work out that gave such good gains. This was mainly squeeze jelqs and bends. It’s too bad, it seemed clamping was fantastic at first, but overtime it catches up to you…it can easily…it did to me. I usually did it 2x 15 minutes. Doing the clamping lightly you should be ok. I just feel we should really look into the Lymph build-up and it’s long term effect. I read the medical artical 2 years ago that mentioned several guys getting cancer and losing their cock from long term pumping…cause of fluid build-up?
One good news is I did lose all discoloration over the year from taking it easy.
If you want good gains like I did…the key that gave me them so quickly at the time was feeling the internal pressure. It should feel good, your cock should fully expand, glands max and become bumpy, veins pop and grow. It’s been awhile since I’ve acheived this, I can’t now ever since the fluid build-up got worse. I get close at first, but if I keep jelqing the lymph builds up and I lose the internal expansion I used to feel.

What are your thoughts on this?
I can understand getting 0.25” of fluid around your cock in pumping and making progress if done right. But how do you do this with jelqing?
Has anyone acheived a way to rid of semi-perminant fluid?
I really want to understand why it is effecting me the way it has and if taking a year break will heal the cause of it.

Are you saying all of your lymph trouble arose from clamping? I recently,last three months, have been clamping and I’m not positive but most of the expansion seems to be coming from lymph fluid. Maybe there are certain body types that have trouble with the lymph fluid. I say this because most of the clamping pics I see don’t have lymph buildup like I experience. Are there any clampers with lymph build-up that have solid gains?

Most clampers I see have a lot of fluid build-up like I have all around. This does give an illusion of real gains, especially when it doesn’t go away. If you’ve been doing clamping or pumping for awhile and notice your dick smoother, less veins popping and your ribs fading. Your gains just may be mainly lymph build up. There are a couple of guys that members look up to for clamping where they are discolored and have so much fluid build-up it’s hard for me to believe they tell everyone it is real gains. The only guy I have seen that doesn’t have any fluid build-up is Red. But then again he hasn’t had the best pics.

*this thread isn’t just about long term clamping effects, but it’s focus should be the lymph fluid.
Does anyone have any links on the web to put up on what lymph is? what is does? what causes it?

Clamping wasn’t the only troublemaker, it did however cause bad discoloration which went away over a year.

2.5 years ago I had a bad experience with hanging and lost some sensation to my dick and I think I get hurt easier. Didn’t cause lymph build-up though.

clamping was my last resort….please don’t destroy it :)

I did say that clamping can be ok, just don’t abuse the pressure and time. Everyone is different. But I don’t agree with some members here that say more clamping time the better.

Agreed. You put anything under a vacuum and it all will expand. Not just the outer surface. If I`m correct in saying, the cavernosal tissue mentioned is porous tissue…with lots of microscopic holes. If you apply a vacuum, the holes would expand wouldn`t they? Thus causing expansion.

If lymphatic fluid, or any fluid should enter those holes, it will retain the expansion. Carry this on over time and surely everything increases in size as a result?

The iron deposits and fibrosis thing is a concern if thats true though.

I wonder how long it takes for the deposites to go away or if there’s a way to get it out of your system.
At this point, I get out of the shower and my dick hangs, the heat brings back about maybe .15” around in fluid-up. Freaking crazy. I’m worried what the effects will be 10-20 years from now.

I get fluid buildup, I have gained a considerable amount of girth from clamping(non fluid). Right now I feel like my dick needs a deconditioning break as I seem to have been overtraining for a little while but usually clamping gives me a really healthy dick with random boners throughout the day which is a definate sign of NON fibrosis.

That’s good hoffy.

Again, what I was getting across is if you overtrain or clamp or pump, and your gains are mostly fluid. It can get worse and your real gains won’t show for.
