lump- injury, (from horse's stretch?) what should I do..
I am now carrying not one, but two injuries. I was hoping to get some good advice as to what they are and what to do.
I’ve searched this site for key words relating to my injuries and found some good information, but also what I’ve learned now begins to worry me.
I guess I’ll start with the one that bothers me more. 1st, neither of these injuries hurt, there’s no pain. THey just dont look good and they’re starting to worry me that they’re not going away.
I injured myself a few weeks ago, I think doing horse’s stretches.
So this injury has persisted for about 4 weeks. I have a small lump on the underside of my penis, just behind my circumcision scar, that is, just slightly closer to the base, and just slightly on the right side of the penis looking down on it. It is somewhere between the size of a dime and an m&m. Maybe its about the size of a peanut. Its slightly discolored, in that it’s slightly lighter than the surrounding skin. Its roughly circular. It seems to be part of the skin- I can pinch it and sort of pull it away from the shaft. It just feels like a lump of scar tissue is lodged under my skin.
I dont know what it is. Please tell me its not a thrombosed vein. Actually if you think it is please do tell me. Should I see a doctor? I’m really embarrased to. I’m just getting worried that its not going away. I’ve stopped doing horse’s stretches, and I’ve cut back on jelquing, but not entirely.
The second injury concerns my circumcision scar. Its discolored, on about 1/4 to 1/3 of the ring, on the underside. Its dark like the color of a bruise. This has persisted for probably 2-3 months. I think I got it from doing Uli squeezes, squeezing at the base of my penis with a reverse OK grip. I think I got it because I stopped my PE exercises for a while and then got back into it too hard too fast.
Does anyone know anything about these kinds of injuries? Has anyone experienced them firsthand? are they permanent? or do they eventually go away? should I stop PE entirely? I’m confused about what’s the best thing to do now. I recently got a bib hanger. Should I wait before hanging? or can I hang but not jelq?
I still want to get gains, but I’m ready (though not very willing) to stop temporarily if I have to.
Please any advice would really help.
