I don’t get it when I try low erection jelqing lower than 70 or like 60 I get very little expansion in the head. Even then it only happens around the last inch of the shaft. How do you get low erection jelqing to work and what is the goal of low erectioin jelqs? I guess high erection jelqing is for expansion?

Low erection jelqs are for length. Many will hold each completed jelq for several seconds as if they were holding a stretch. When I did them, each completed jelq brought me to my stretched flaccid length or greater.

A great deal of confusion comes from describing the erection levels by that stupid %. What seems to be 80% erection for someone, it might be described by 15% by some other… Though there were some attempts to standardize erection levels using a hardness scale based on accurate descriptions of reproducible states of the penis, almost everyone still uses the subjective and misleading percents…

Ya, I have never gotten that, I’ll be damned if I can tell when I’m having a 70% erection as opposed to an 85% or 60%.

Another point about low erection jelqing that I recall reading is you want to have less lube to keep the friction between hand and penis greater (assuming you’re not talking about dry jelqing). This allows for a greater stretch and pull while still moving some blood through your penis.

I agree with the post about erection %. We know what 100% is and we know what flaccid is. In between, there is so much variation though 50% should be easier to identify. The standard I use is that I should not get aroused to the point where I cannot do helicopter swings at any time in my jelq session.

If I do low erection jelqing which was basically all I did. I would get very little expansion on the base (virtually nothing) and only after half way would there be some pressure. It’s definitely a length exercise but I did gain some girth mid shaft from it.

Oh and the length gains from this I believe could be both tunica and ligament gains. Jelqing is one of the few things I think tunica length gains can be made from.
