Low tension stretch for 6 minutes?
For the first time I did a low tension stretch (LTS) for 6 minutes yesterday.
Today my BPFSL has increased by 0.5 inches but I cannot get an erection.
I think I broke my dick or something.
Hopefully that gain will translate into erect gains as soon as I can get an erection.
Low force, long time is best way to stretch IMO.
