Lots Of Sex And PE

How do you guys who have sex multiple times a day manage to still pe? Do you do a really light routine that is light enough to produce gains but not affect eq?

I’m a bona fide satyromaniac. If my wife lets me, we have sex 3 times a day. We’re mostly once a day, though.

PE is tricky, I usually just wear my extender when I’m home and knock 100-150 wet jelqs when I can. My problem is mostly a busy life with work and kids. I think jelqing at my work desk might be frowned upon.

PE helps my EQ.

I’ve heard great things about extenders and eq. I may try a lighter stretching routine for a month and see if I make gains.

Just make a sign saying “jelqing break” and sit it on your desk problem solved.

I have to also keep in mind that my sex drive isn’t at its peak right now due to being in a calorie deficit. Early in my cut I could do my routine in the morning and still have sex at night. It could be that or my routine was lighter some months ago.

I use extender daily for around 4 hours. Jelq a few times a week and will pump on the weekends. Has never negatively impacted erections. Wife and me have sex daily.

My gains are slow. If my routine was more intense then maybe there would be an issue.

If for an individual a more intense routine provides faster results but negatively impact erections then I guess that individual has to make a choice based on their current priorities.

How long have you been at PE? I’ve been at it since summer 2016, and the conditioning is taking a while to get used to. Some of the guys who responded have been PEing for years, and so they are thoroughly conditioned and do not have issues, but I’m seeing some response differences myself on work days v. rest days.

So if you are less than a year into PE, like me, it could just be a conditioning thing we are getting used to. Once the body settles in, it should bounce back up to a normal balance as it always does. Just may take a year or so to find that homeostasis, and during that time things may feel a bit wobbly and wonky.

Least, that’s my theory and assumption. Everyone here seems to consider the first year a very different year than the rest, so it is not a blind observation.

I started 5 months ago. I lightened my routine and my eq is looking good today. Maybe the volume was a little too high for me. My routine was already what most would consider light but I guess it’s still the conditioning.

I think it took me around 5 months to adjust to the exercises I was doing. I wasn’t overtraining but I felt like I had to take it slow and steady. More than 6 months into PE, I don’t have to be so conservative anymore in terms of quantity and intensity of the exercises.

I have been doing PE for a couple years (which I think is a a short period of time). I’m married and fortunately sex is expected regularly. My routine cannot be at the expense of my friend’s requirements. So I must temper my routine to ensure optimum working condition. I personally cannot push limits, but probably would if expectations for regular performance were not there.

Great advice. Definitely won’t push limits like I was doing before.

I do most of my extending (3 - 3.5 hours) in bed at night, usually while watching tv. I pump for twenty minutes in the morning while doing my bathroom routine. All this gets me well prepared for a daily romp in the bed at least five mornings a week.
