The feeling of tugback at the base was equally strong from 6 to 12
the feeling of tugback of the head was a bit stronger at 12 than 6,
but I THINK there was a more sudden change at around 9

So perhaps I have a lot of 9.

Thanks for your thorough explainations of LOT theory. It might be the answer to why I’ve not seen any appreciable gains.

Now, depsite the stellar job you did explaining everything, I’m still confused.

I believe my LOT is 6:30 to 7:OO.

I thought that meant I should be stretching straight out or straight up (9 and 12 o’clock). I read posts saying people with low LOT like me should do BTC (which if I understand is stretching even further than down, but down and back to the rear end. How is that different from pulling straight down to 6:OO, which I have been doing for a long time.

PS: Is there any hope of straightening my slight upwards banana curve?

BIB is no longer posting on the forum now or in the foreseeable future.

I understand that with a low LOT like yours you should be stretching the upper angles or straight out.

yo BIB and fellow PE’ers

whats up yall. i hope the force is with me. i ben PE’ing for almost 3 weeks now since i stumbled upon some prosolution pills and want some answer from you vets. I was wondering abou tmy LOT. The thing is im about 6.3 EL and 5.2 EG but to measure i have to push my unit down, because when its erect it points upwards big time. i also have a prominant upward curve, so i was wondering if that means my ligs are tight?!(not cuz of the curve but the units tendency to point up about 45 degrees, maybe less lol) i mean, it can almost point at my face if i stand up erect and slouch over. so BIB help me out dude. i also wanted to know if these pills have worked for everyone. and lastly my routine

warm up with cloth or hot water or blow dryer
about 15 (sometimes more) minutes stretching all around
300 jelqs (takes me a while)
and a warm down

this is my 3rd week(all ready think im seeing some more veins and harder erect) and i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions, im so glad to see you guys are on here trying to better yourselves and truly wish you all the best of luck. and do trhese pills work???????
